It sure is and helps put these fires out that are all over the place right now here. Keeps me safe another day lol. Was talking to one of the fire fighters at the bar thats been dealing with the big one says its almost contained but that everyone is tired they have been at it for awhile

No I've never dealt with that. I've never even been close to one. They are all around the area I am right now but so far none are a threat.

I fought a few when I was younger. The last one was in the early 80's.
I wouldn't even entertain the idea today, as it was really hard work, Smokey, and dangerous.
Nothing like having a large tree go up into a fireball, and feeling and smelling the singed facial hair.
No drugs needed when the adrenaline is pumped.

It's crazy to see and hear.
Had a cousin in 1985 die in a helicopter accident fighting fires.
