Fried squash will cause a stampede for the platter around here! YUM! Green peppers properly cooked are fine,I like them lightly sauteed before adding to the dish being concocted,brings out the flavor.
The only squash I’ve had round here is when you nd Trav insist on joining me nd WD in the crows nest, I would liken that to being lightly sautéed …..but in fusty grime tho 😬
