That brings back memories. I still remember when they took the training wheels off my popsicle.
We were discussing Cockney,the language.In view of all your travels,do you understand Cockney? I,m sorry for your popsicle by the way!
 

When I was a boy folks would refer to me as a little heathen.What,s that mean Doc?
Now that is weird. My nickname in high school was Doc. Still called that sometimes.

Heathen means very nice person.
 

Still with us Blossom?What is the UK version of the slap sammitch and the I-scream cone? Also I may have caused some inadvertent confusion before when I referred to a skillet.It,s also referred to as a frying pan,which may be more akin to your version! My apologies!

Some of the guys I worked with at Greenwich England were Cockney. I had to put my glasses on, tell them to talk slower, and watch their lips. It is like they throw words in a blender and turn it on high. But we got to where we understood each other. They had trouble with my mountain twang too.
