There are stories of Civil War artillery units taking practice shots at barns and houses without even checking to see if anyone was inside. There is one story about a artillery group, who did take a cannon in a cow field, blew up some cows, and took the bodies, and left the farmer some holes and cow chunks to find.

Families are about the same everywhere. we also had an fb posting issue with a distant cousin when hubby passed.

....there is an awful lot of mooning going on round here, there & every where! Blue moon, now that's cold!
A neighbor was shoveling snow Tuesday in a pair of pants 2 sizes too small & looked like they were trying to escape...the back half made it!
