Good morning ARC and the rest of the gang plankers.

This song was made famous by Elvis, however, Marty Robbins wrote it.

Sorry I haven't been chatting these past two days. Plumbing problems continue...

Have you tried pepto bismo?:laughing7:

Wiseguy, eh? :laughing7:

The pipes are acting up, the toilet won't flush right, the washer won't spin, One sink drain while another fills, just a mess.

Are you happy with the performance of your drainfield ,and septic system? Getting the tank pumped every few years gives a chance to see if it's working like it should.
No grease , or colored paper being fed ect...

I don't know if you have a separate arrangement for grey water....Or where it is routed to now. (Laundry lint is good for plugging perforated pipes. This from a guy who had to run a trash pump to lift from the previous sump pit at one house.)

Here's Bob on washers....
(A former neighbor of mine found a baby sock plugging his washers drain somehow.)

Drainfield and septic were installed last year, and working perfectly. It's the pipes inside that are screwed up.

P-traps here need tearing apart about annually. Soap, sand, grease, dog hair. Black I don't want to know what it is muck.

Not as bad as a farm I worked on as a kid when milkers were falling off cows...
Tore pipes apart to find about a quarter inch suction hole in 2 inch pipes through multi-colored various stages of hard cheese...:icon_thumright:

We got to Gulf Shores after stopping at the grandkids in Summerdale Al. in time to
