Already this day is turning hectic just like yesterday.

A bird flew.. actually, we have ZERO clue how it got in there, but anyway, a bird got into our heat pump, and got itself chopped up into thousands of little pieces. I sat and cleaned bird guts out of that thing for an hour. Then we couldn't get it back together!!

Then our turkey started dripping juice, onto an oven that had no aluminum foil to catch drippings. Long story short, we opened the oven door, and smoke billowed out.

Our washer and dryer are acting up again...

NOW WHAT!?

I was gonna ask if there was a Rum store near by but dang it you can't buy it.:icon_scratch:

Nope, the electrical kind. I almost said something that would be considered sexist. :laughing7:

Your considered a textist ?

Sheesh how many texts do you send ?

RR,

Enough teasing young man....this one's for you!

RR,

You're more in the know than me so was that a good price for the point?..please provide a link so I can check it out.

RR,

Ok so here's the way I do the math when bidding on ebay. I figure a competive/reasonable amount I'm prepared to pay.
Back it down by the shipping cost and that's my maximum bid easy/peasy.

Go ahead, it’s free speech

And how did that go when you got a time out :dontknow:
Just messing with you PM. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:
Hmmmmmm, P.M. as in Perry Mason ? Nahhhhhhh :occasion14:

That's an awesome ship Simon, WD may have a few festive ideas for the plank walk.
========

Ahhhhhhhhh No. Plank walk needs to be straight, and since "some" of the crew over indulge, the plank would end up looking something like this :icon_scratch:

crooked plank.webp
Seems like I saw something similar,( but of higher quality ), on Blak Barts List.com :tongue3:

NOW WHAT!?

The joys of home ownership.
One thing at a time ,you'll get it squared up.

A tune for ya to breath/relax a second or two to. A thanksgiving hats off to you all at your place "makin do" , like folks do. (From a Yank even!)
Then onward...

Oh R.R..
We have combined efforts with all the folks on the forum battling stuff .
History of worn out used up stuff to keep runnin.
Heat pumps are out of my wheelhouse.
But have battled washers and dryers...
My first dryer had metal wire coils for heat elements. Like my first stove did. Being old ,they would break and I'd fix them.
I'm not that old (kind of) but knew bein poor and makin do with old stuff on the cheap.

If your washer transmission ain't shot ,or a seal below it leaking (barring a fancy front loader) you should be able to fix it.
My washer needs the hoses removed and screens cleaned when water flow falls off.
The dryer....I bought multiple spare knobs for as some one likes to break the same one...The knob is not supposed to spin a full circle ,and has been twisted so hard it turned the control out of it's position. That required a tear down and lecture. Before the knob got twisted too far again. (Shhh. Easy, keep the peace R.C...)
Have readjusted dryer belts that were out of position. Idler wheel(s) can get worn out of spec. too.

The rest of it is keeping the exhaust duct clean (for air flow and reduced fire hazard) and removing the lower panel to vacuum dust/lint off sensors and the heat tube.
The door switch does not always work. A second opening and closing usually makes the switch work.

What's up with yourn?

Bart, sorry I missed your Thanksgiving Extravaganza. As I was going through Customs they asked if I was going for business or pleasure and I showed them your fancy Thanksgiving invite and told them for pleasure. Next thing I know I am thrown up against the wall by a bunch of agents. Seems ANYONE connected to you are on a Do Not Fly list :dontknow:
LOL, just kidding.
Hope everyone had a Great Thanksgiving.
