That is one part of the world I never travelled. Did lots of touring but never had the opportunity I guess.

Good morning TNet crew wishing you all a great day. My neighbor showed me a picture of what his friend found metal detecting a couple days ago two good sized gold nuggets and a silver quarter. Lol made me quite jealous as my finds have been eh lately lol.

If you ever go.... Take Rt. 15 South out of Vegas .Its about 200 miles to Big Bear Lake ,A resort town way up the top the mountain.
On Rt. 15-S out of Vegas for most of the way you'll see mountains on both sides of the road just Honeycombed w/old mines . At one time on 15 were right in the middle of a snow blizzard (in the desert) pretty wild. Also Big Bear wants you to have 4 wheel drive & or chains to climb the Mt .
