My daughter was picking stuff up for us. She forgot something back at her house. She was stopped waiting to turn and a pickup truck rear ended her. She’s okay but at the hospital getting checked for injuries.

Without getting political (it's not intended) after looking at how useless it was to get vaccinated when now it's only 20% effective against omicron, and seeing how I was young and healthy, I figured, "eh, what's the point". I resigned myself to my fate in 202. I knew it would get me sooner or later.


I feel much better today now.

Well I learnt something today, don't wear a big brown down filled coat, and a furry looking avatar headgear into the chicken barn.
They must of thought I was a monster going to eat them.
I really freaked 24 hens and one rooster totally.
Now I have to bring them some treats.

Went for a dental cleaning today and broke a N95 mask for the occassion I'm scheduled for my Moderna booster Thursday so trying to keep that darn covid away from me until then. This virus thingy is getting a bit long in the tooth if you ask me....

The girl is home and okay. Had a small cut apparently from a fishing lure that came flying out of the trunk or back seat door handle and snagged her and her scarf and neck. Huh. Imagine that. My kid with a fishing lures in her car.

Rusty, we have both noticed something weird about this virus. We will be feeling drained and yuck yuck and then all of a sudden we feel fine. Was yours like that?
