Ok, you can look but no touch (In other words "You go home without it" type park)
Query: Would that ballast pile be registered as a park asset (historical registry)
Underwater archeological heritage....some are monitored for looting by marine patrol. If I were allowed I would take a ballast rock to clean and then identify a country of origin. Im pretty sure its new England ballast...or old England !! I constantly check these wrecks when im close. Would you leave a silver or gold coin....or even a nice bottle ?

If I return enough ill find that mothernature will dig it for me.....or bury it. Ill return in the spring and check out the conditions. I saw some interesting objects in and around the ballast. Chain, iron pins, broken glass etc.

I don't think this one is known by the park yet !!

The defense rests. :)

But...you said it, "Everyone is going to get this. "
So, definition of efficacy and what they're cgecking is in order. The "efficacy" is referring to the defeating *infection*. (The getting of this)

Protecting from getting will go down. BUT.....and this is an important "but"!! It gives the body a weapon to keep the symptoms from becoming life threatening. As you have *already* experienced!

Back in the day.....when people had what you experienced? They would've said, "I have a cold." :dontknow:

BTB ...do people realize what another "corona" virus is called? Its called...."the common cold"!!!

Take two bowls of grandma's homemade chicken soup and call me in the morning. :angel12:

Well said Whadi.

Having already had the Delta virus, I've accepted the fact that I'll invariably get the latest Omicron virus as well. But life goes on and we can't live in fear for our lives forever... because in my opinion, that's not a life at all.

Kinda Been a sad day today for us. We lost my bride’s brother. He had suffered along time and requested this morning to be taken off of med support. We lost him around 2 PM.

I'm so sorry Rook, my sympathies to you and your wife for the passing of your brother-in-law.

Some of the glass might lead to the date range of the pile of ballast.
As far as would I? Gee that's a hard ethical question.
In Canada for our National Parks Canada a rock/flower even is off limits.
Now that would be a challenge when out for a walk one day.....

So what are you folks planning for your New Years Eve in hermitville....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:
It's been awhile so we'll be having some oyster Rockerfeller. Haven't decided on the other stuff yet well see.

Sounds delicious Bill.
We're going to order take-out fajitas from the Lone Star Texas Grill in Whitby and just it easy at home tonight.

Love me some oyster Rockefeller. I use to go on the golf trip to Gulf Shores with around 25 guys every year. We always stopped at Papa Rocco’s. Those with a large order of his famous onion rings and 6 mugs of beer. It was something else folks.:headbang::rocks3::drunken_smilie:

Considering what the world's experiencing now, it makes you really appreciate the 'good ole days' when we could travel and get together with friends.
