ECS,

Well pearls before swine is one band I never heard of. Lots of fringe groups back in the day.

I was going to paste an article ...Yams/sweet potatoes and the difference...but no.... Too much information!!
Cuttin' in to my drinkin' time...:laughing7:

Now I listened to the later PF-this one wasn't in the scene.

Pearls Before Swine was an Eau Gallie , Florida hippie band formed by Tom Rapp.
This 1967 album, "ONE NATION UNDERGROUND" with Heironymus Bosch's Garden of Earthly Delights on the cover was a big underground hit among the counter culture of that era.

Thank you, ECS. I miss the music history you share.

ECS,

Speaking of out there bands from the 1960's I saw these guys at a hippy joint in Montreal.

Unknown or little known groups were talked about a few posts earlier.

I'll give it a shot.

Good morning Jim, ARC and Rook.

Morning/afternoon/evening boys!!

And a special hello directed towards our good friends from Canada!

I do apologize Oregon, I thought you'd headed off to the 'Land of Nod'... good morning to you. :coffee2:

In my opinion, the shaky camera work isn't the greatest in this video, but it's still one of my favourite songs by King George.
