Question for the experts. I have guests visiting and a couple of them drink rum. I'm not a booze drinker so all I have on hand is beer and wine. What brand of rum does the pirate crowd recommend?

Here's a fireworks display from Thailand for New Year.

In 1992 we were backpacking in Northern Thailand.
Christmas up in the northern tip Chiang Rai-then Back to Chiang Mai for New Years and we were sitting in a restaurant filled with locals. They just started to set of the bloody fireworks off right inside.
Crazy time really-so much for dinner-as we got up and ran outside.

Morning pepper. It’s garbage day here today. I have to drag my big can 400 yards to the darn road. It gets further and further each year.

Ya know....that reminds me of a problem I have, I bend over to pick up something and always say. "Ya know, every year I don't get any taller but the ground always seems to be further and further away!"

Eh. If wearing a face diaper makes you feel safe, then by all means do it. Personally I don't think it does a damn thing to prevent you from getting sick.

Oh...I completely agree! Unless you have a hazard mask, it does next to nothing for you. This wearing of masks idea? Only to help keep one from *giving* it...not preventing from getting. After all...this one is notorious for people having it and having no clue they do. I'd stay away too, if I *knew* I was sick!

Boatload, I suggest the Captains private stash of rum. And the mask wearing is so the Captain doesn't know I've Been drinking the private stash he has hidden. Shhh.....
