let me share a little going away present with you . see chanle island , chicomoztoc , tenochititlan,galapagos island ,and nasca had one thing they all share, a sealevel of 1700 or better ...thats how far the water level came up . see chicomoztoc was not always hidden in the mts ...it was on costal shore line ..

so get out your pen and draw the line any place lower then a 1700 ft sea level is at risk ....did the land push up or did the water level rise ...? well if all 5 of those places are at the same sea level ,,whats that tell you ...?

they were trying to warn us ...about what had happend to them ....the great flood was 1700ft high, if it happend once apone a time it can happen again ...and most likely will ...


i dont think i would want to live in phoenix....unless your a real good swimmer ....

so there was a good reason the clovis vanished from the low lands ..because the low lands were under water ...good chance its the same reason the dinosaur vanished ...poor swimmers i guess , how much of the earth is coverd in water ...? have you ever try to swim across the atlantic ocean none stop , think about it ...

Blindbowman from what you say, you do not plan on ever telling us where it is correct? Not even ONE site? I could infer from that, that if someone were to find ONE site, they will almost certainly find all the rest right? By the way, when I mentioned about MINING claims are not allowed, (referring to the lost gold mine of Jacob Waltz) it is still possible (though DIFFICULT) to get a Treasure Trove claim, assuming you have enough documentation and proof to back it up; in such a case, once you have the trove claim you could then remove the treasure(s) and no one else could legally touch it. (Other than the HALF that the Feds would get right off the top, which if you think about it is not too bad a deal for them, since they also get you for Income Tax on the rest!) So depending on exactly what it is that you found, it is possible that you could legally claim it and own it, unless it is a mine.

that makes it at lest 9400 bc or older we may asume the culture was at its peak between 1600 -9000 years ago and plato dosent say when atlantis sank into the sea dose he ...as far as i know he only stated atlantis was more then 9000 years old

BB - cmon, you talk about logic all the time - use yours here.

Despite having every e-mail you and Scott have shared, you're at a stalemate right? He's not going to issue you a permit unless you provide evidence (especially including the sites location for he or his representatives to see for themselves), and you're not going to provide him with the site location unless he gives you a permit (or at least something else legally binding) - my guess is neither of these things are going to ever happen.

With that being the case, ANYONE else could come across the same sites you have claimed to find and apply for a permit. If they're willing to provide the necessary information to Scott's department and everything falls into place, there's absolutely nothing you can do to prevent them from claiming it.

It would be no different from you wanting purchase a piece of property. If you're not willing to provide information regarding the property (where it is, how much it's worth, etc...) you want to purchase, you won't get people to agree to all the paperwork necessary to actually purchase it. Just because someone comes along later and DOES follow all the requirements and buys it doesn't mean you have any legal recourse just because you have documentation saying you were interested in it.

There is another source for the permits. I don't want to be the one to subject them to your "clams", so I will keep the information to myself.

At one time you told us you had three computers running 24/7 in your research. Are you now saying the other two burned themselves out?

Who you trust is not the issue. The issue is: Who in the world trusts you?

Having said that, I really wonder what we will all do if you actually leave this time........for good.
