Well Men,
At this time, we're looking at 16 confirmed to be here and 3 possibles. So far, so good. I say the more the Merrier!
We still have a month to let anyone interested get involved. The only thing I'll need to know is a head count for the food and refreshments. Remember, this is informal. All we're doing is getting together and seeing if we can put together a group that will be able to accomplish what we haven't been able to do by ourselves. I've done some PM's during this post that are very interesting and hopefully something will come of them also. In the meantime , I'll try to anticipate where you guys would like to see this go and formulate some plans. I figure that if we come up with a particular target to go after and are successful in our endeavor, then the spoils would be divided according to effort/impact on an individual basis to be determined by a panel of principals. For example: the guy that did the research and put us in the target area...BIG CONSIDERATION!... The guys that run the remote sensing electronics to pinpoint the location... BIG CONSIDERATION. The Divers, based on how much time each has in the water... Next consideration... and so on... These are just thoughts . Nothing has been thought out yet. If this gets serious, we'll have to form a corporation and issue shares and all the other stuff that goes along with it. In the meantime , let's just get together and shoot the S#!&%.

Gentlemen,

I'm extremely sorry to say that I can't possibly make it that weekend. Not only would it appear that my wife has got something going on for my birthday on the 24th but I'll be having relatives in town for the holiday weekend .

I hope that my absence from this initial meeting won't be any indication to anyone that I'm not totally gung-ho about being involved. It's just the luck of the draw I guess. I'm sending Relicdude with my camcorder to video a bit of the festivities.

Just to let everyone know. Aquanut gave me a call today. His computer has been down for about a week. He had to order a power supply and he should be back on line in a few days. This is still all set to go so keep the posts going and the interest high.

From the responce so far it promises to be a good get together and a great chance to get a serious group going. Aquanut will be posting again ASAP. My best to all.

Hi Everyone,
I got my new Power Supply in today so I'm back on line. Thanks Deepsix for giving the heads-up. Well, we're looking good for the cookout. I'm looking forward to meeting all you guys that have shown an interest here. There are going to be a lot of treasure hunters here that we have all wanted to meet and believe me there will undoubtably be a few surprises! ( I guess you can tell, I never could figure out how to spell undoubtably.)
