Set off a booby trap?

JACKO: I would be happy to share information with you. But based on past experience I have been criticized for sharing information on a public forum. You understand that this is a controversial area of treasure hunting.

Get yourself a gmail email address. They are free and have all kinds of storage. Then PM or email me you email address.

You will have to give me a week or so to find them. I spent 4 months in Mexico and came home to a nasty divorce so things have been crazy for me.

Then after you get the photos, you have my permission to post them. But get ready for comments like."You are nuts, dude" and such like that.

RealdeTayopa: I was several miles outside the city Compostela in the State of Nayarit. I was trying to track down a treasure legend. I found the mine but was unprepared for what I found. No treasure would be worth the Psychological trauma of what I found. I did find some small caches so It was not a waist of time. Enough so the trip cost me nothing. Did not make a dime.

Ericwt --- Huh that's funny, nobody here would make fun you or say your carzy. ::)

When I first started here I wasn't ready for all the lip bashing I got. They said I was seeing things, or A Jacko you don't know what your talking about. Some were down right rude. I got mad a couple of times and told people I wasn't coming back to this forum, well Jeff of PA e-mailed me and a few others and talked me into returning. Any more my temper as calmed down and I now know those were the people who didn't know what they were looking at. Some people can see beyond the trees and get threw the forst others will always be in the dark.
I have to say though, I have been able to help some of them learn to see things they didn't think were there.
If you go back to the very first post of the Spanish markers/trails you'll see (can't rmember who) why one the first post. He said "Jacko's gona love this" Made me feel at home.
On another forum they think I am crazy about a death trap that's in the open, but it's there and I have two others in plain site, and one in a cave. Son't know how many I have missed.

What is a gmail ????

Jacko

Gmail is google's Free email service. It can allow you to give out a email address that will not be tracked to your location. It allows you to store massive amounts of photos without clogging your hard drive.

I was posting about me experiences with death traps on treasure net about a year ago or so. Do not know where is now. Then I started getting emails from people who were calling me the"Wizard of death" and so on.

Then I came to the conclusion that I was putting others in danger by sharing information so I stopped. Because the only way I can guarantee someone will not get killed is if I go in. Even then I have no way of knowing if I will make it out.

My Mexican friends call me locogato. It is a term of endearment that I cherish. I have a way of seeking risk. My wife could not handle it anymore. It is not her fault. I am who I am.

If you want to get this handled I will help but I get a % (all I can haul away in my car or truck) you guys can have the rest. I never return to a site after a recovery. NEVER,EVER!
If the site is a Spanish death trap what I can haul away would be about 3 to 25% of the trove or less. If there is a trap there is trove.
This is my living. Has been for over 10 years. Granted most of my living comes from small caches. But the only other person I know who is willing to do this is sealed in a cave in Mexico.
Thoughts like that keep me warm at night.

I finally escaped from my Mexican cave. I'll do it for 1 percent. Hahaha
