Season 4

So it looks like this weeks episode will be about exploring the Rocks on OI. Look to be the ones associated with Nolans Cross. Ohhh, these are not original, they must have been brought to the island! Who brought them?

Whats that? Rocks brought to OI? Could the Templars have brought stones over to OI from Europe? What was the purpose? Might they be breeding indestructible rocks to protect the Arc?

The keep digging at the T1 hole and find more wood. It looks pretty dark so you know what that means? They could have found Chapel's Vault!!!!
Cue up your DVR folks, this is gonna be an exciting night!

Well, it looks like they are going to dig yet another hole. From the previews, it looks like they found some type of gold coin. At least it is the finale.

Another episode of nothing to see...move on. Next week our heros find a planted gold coin in an attempt to get the network to pay for another meaningless season....

The brothers talk like it is their money that they are spending. Tonight, another worthless show.

well Now ya saw how Next weeks 2 Hour Show will End.
with a teaser that won't be explained Fully as another Dead end till next season :BangHead:

I really hope they do pull something out of the ground next week that makes us all say WOW!

But I will not be betting on it...

It does make sense to dig the one more hole now if they were ever going to do it. Probably does not cost that much with all the equipment/labour there.

The dating's on the wood were interesting.

Must say I am looking forward to next weeks show...

So the 3 holes in the MP were all dead ends. V1, C1 & T1. They sent a diver down one hole but never found the shiny object. They pulled up a lot of wood from the holes and some were dated back to 1630 - 1750. What does this mean? The actual MP? Searcher tunnels? Scraps back filled in by Dunfield?

Well its raining so lets go look at some rocks. Got 2 masons (no, not free masons! Well they are free just not free masons!) they check out the center stone and look like they don't see the features TV Photoshop's on to make the rock have a face. Surprise! They also show a sword on the rock I don't recall ever being mentioned but it was only visible when Photoshopped. Very soft rock, I think they said sandstone.... not from OI! Where did it come from and why? Where was it pointing to? Do you follow the face? Do you follow the sword? Hey Rick, you go that way and Marty, you go that way!
Bottom stone was granite and by how smooth it was it appears to be dragged all the way from England as the surface was way too smooth. You know what that means? The Templars were here!!!

Well back to the MP and another dead end. Hit something hard and cant drill anymore. Marty is done! Kicks his hard had and wants to go home. Rick is not done, will never be done. He is the new Dan and could spend his entire life there spending all his brothers money if possible. Time to regroup at The War Room! Lets do a con call with Craig. What to do? Well they decide to throw in some pocket change, return all the empties and cash in a CD or two to pay for one more hole. Rick, you haven't pick a site yet.... we are gonna let you decide where to drill. Bam, pulls out notes and apparently already has a spot picked. The name the new hole after mom and dad and get teary eyed and hug! Nice family moment.

Cue up previews for next weeks Two Hour episode!!! This will end season 4 and could be the episode we have waited for. TREASURE!!!!
So they dig the hole. Show a coin. Show a lady talking about the coin and show the bro's all excited about something.

Will we get the answers we have been waiting 4 seasons for?
Will they find treasure?
Tune in next week......

I hope you will be the narrator for the next season :icon_thumright:

I'm seriously considering unsubscribing after Next week
No matter what they "Claim" there has to be a point where they admit
what they are accusing people of digging 600 years ago,
is still impossible and senseless today.

and anything other then mud they claim to find at that depth is planted.

I'd watch them Detect the Island. Even the swamp.
But the pits are a joke.

Thanks, you just saved me 20 minutes of FF'ing the DVR.

Seriously, all the commercials encouraging me to sue somebody are more entertaining.

as for the Coin. Don't be surprised if Someone Brings it to the
Island claiming a Long dead relative found it in the pit .
and the Brothers act like it really happened.
because I'm sure they would pull that kind of crap.

I have to say, I still enjoy the show because they are entertaining to watch and there is always the possibility of finding something of interest. There are not many shows out there catering to our hobby so let's not beat it to death. Yes, the announcer can get repetitive and annoying but why the constant bashing here on the thread? If you don't like the announcer's style, then don't mimic it here. It's not entertaining or funny anymore. You're no different if you are repeating the same complaint after every episode. These complaints got old 3 seasons ago. Let it go, move on or stop watching.

Even though as expected nothing was found in last night's episode, I did like the fact that Marty showed raw emotion and questioned the whole venture like the rest of us. Unfortunately, Rick still seems to be living in la la land.

You're welcome, glad to help. Hate to see the FF button wear out on your remote like mine has! :occasion14:
If you liked that, you should hear me do color commentary at a football game.

The TV show has given us more than enough info to solve this hunt yet no one did it :BangHead:. AS Rick said lets sit down and look at this again. NO I do not think their is a Templar Treasure on Oak Island now, but it would be nice if we could answer what was there and why. The Zena papers are real and so is a lot of the info they showed on the show , by next week they will add another part of info that will help solve this hunt . When the TV show is done then I will show you some info that will end this hunt :hello2:

They need to look at it again. They should have looked at it before. Even though they are being more careful than the previous hunters and just not digging up the whole island they are "hunting" for the treasure. They're digging holes hopping to hit something by mostly luck. All of the answers to where they need to look were on the island at one time but a lot of that has now been destroyed but it still doesn't leave them without answers. They partnered with Nolan and looked at his surveys and then pretty much ignored the whole thing. They would rather listen to somebody like the goofball that owns the small "man made" island that has tunnels that connect to Oak Island instead of doing some actually treasure hunting. If they want the exact position of the money pit, where the gold and parchment came out of in the 1890's all they have to do is use the "Nolan's Cross" and they could pinpoint the location. I guess that's just too easy and makes for bad TV.

I came across someone who read the journal of one of the first diggers. Might have been heddon? Not sure cant recall.
But they mention that they had already got to these chambers and found nothing. The same chambers they are in right now. And touched on the idea of once they hit the 90ft stone. They where ment to dig outwards in some direction. Not continue down.

Good job alec :notworthy:, Nolan's Cross is a big clue, now lets see if they can figure out the rest. O Ya, the goofball that owns the island wants Marty and Rick to dig up his Island, WHY:dontknow: No one can keep what they find down under, the government gets it all. The Oak Island Treasure Permit is only good on land and at Oak Island ONLY. Not good in the water around the island or under in some tunnel.
