No it works great! I never use it...but. I should clean it up, but I have a guitar neck to sand and Tung oil......that's more important!
It's beer thirty! I might run downtown and get a growler of some fine Oregon micro-brew......might.

I can bring my own grill! I'll just stay in the shop 'till it's done!:laughing7:

I would even drink Coors light.... ... ..... Dormer trusses, I'll roll the Trusses. Make I nice loft for me to relax in.:laughing7: I stay up late..even if I'm going to work early...so...I hope the "shop" or "Vikings
loft" :laughing7:is far enough away from your house. I do have a wake the **** up guitar amp, and have been known to be a rowdy! :headbang: I hope there are a few taverns 'round thar...that I can frequent on occasion.

We can set up a still out back...someone around there should know how to do it.
We can set up a motocross track...maybe? A little arrow slingin'!!If you knew someone with an extra bow....that would be cool. rofl.gif

but I have a guitar neck to sand and Tung oil......

On my bass when I use to play in a band. The finish on the back of the neck made your hands stick when you were sweaty.Slowed you down real bad.I sanded the finish down to bare wood and used vaseline to finish it with.It worked real well.

Beer? sure, I,ll stupervise y'all. Get rid of them carnivorous ticks and chiggers for a proper deer season and eat fresh. Lay some decent bacon on a hindquarter and wrap in in brown paper an low an slow on the grill...oh wait, building, roofing ect. hmmm. Let's see, we need a recessed ring in the floor there for the hoist for skinnin...

I was looking for a short video of curly saying that.couldnt find one.:laughing9:

okay so against my better judgment I listened to y'all and went to the hospital. got 12 hours of broad spectrum antibiotics through IV, feel somewhat better now, still have a minor fever which is incredible to have one so long. I did however freak out when they wanted to admit me for a couple days and split against their advice. wifey talked to somebody there, even their lab can't seem to identify the bacteria so I guess they have to send it elsewhere to find out. time will tell I guess. kinda my own fault, I believe I know where whatever it is came from. 3 weeks back I was in a buddies crawl space under his house trying to help insulate the bottom better, lots a crap lives under there, tons of dust..didn't wear a mask..stupid I know.

Mike

Mike start taking honey mixed with cinnamon.

I been fighting bronchitis for over 4 months, taking all kinds of med school and still have.

I started mixing 1 heaping teaspoon of cinnamon with about 2 teaspoons of honey, mixing it till it look like fudge before cooked, eating it 3 times a day and within 24 hours I could feel the didference.

I am going to continue this routine for the rest of my life as it works wonders for fighting flu, viruses, colds and now I know bronchitis. .

TH.... When you say "honey" I'm assuming you mean REAL honey... not the man made type that looks and tastes like "honey". Is this right?

Yes I mean real natural honey, I also don't buy mine from stores, I but it direct from honey farmers. Currently have Gallberry honey I usually buy at least 2 pounds at a time.. (1 quart jar.) Major taste difference from store honey.

Also when I said I could see a difference after 24 hours I mean a MAJOR difference. Coughing and phlegm reduced by at least 95% within 24 hours. Anyone who has had bronchitis knows how bad that is.

I have not tried that. I will soon be sanding a Les Paul neck (back). It is grungy. But as we speak I have used a 400 grit sanding sponge on a satin neck. (mine) the satin was so thick...the light sanding cleaned it, removed a layer or too, it is smooooooth!! And it left some of the finish! I will be conveying this info to the Les Paul owner. I like simple fixes.

Just finished. 1000 grit ,then at least 10 applications of Tung Oil, each buffed. I actually changed the neck profile, 'cause of sanding. Flat! comfortable. Dressed and re-crowned the frets...polished them ALOT.
Rewound the pickups. I experiment with the pots..(potentiometers) using 300K -1000K until I got the right ones for the pups (pickups).

11-21-10 cider. A secondary in bottle fermentation made it sparkling. Kick butt and worth the wait. Imagine a mildly smokey champagne with an apple after taste. Need to hit the orchard soon. Special occasions or serious barter/gift stock and a sense of delayed accomplishment in a successful brew always worth it. Not that hard at all beyond keeping gear sterile. A glass gallon jug, some recycled champagne bottles, just in case of high pressure like a car tire borne of a fortunate secondary fermentation, though one can be created by priming with a sugar at bottling, the risk of blowing non wired down corks is there, yep done that . An airlock, fancy or a knife tip poked hole in large balloon, some yeast, nutrient if a flower or twig ect .type wine, campden tablets if desired after studying use, tasting corks if not looking to get too involved and commit to a corker..Milk jugs could work for a quick cider and fridge storage. A month or less to make fresh hard cider makes it a seasonal treat for some..:occasion14:
Brewing laws need to be checked depending on state but personal use where allowed can lead to many fine "country" wines and a skill/science worth learning.
Colonial era consumption of cider was related to distrust of water qualities. It lasted well beyond for good reason.
