Don´t know him but seems it is the same as it was on me. I had one of the best in Europe as mentor. Learned as lot in addition but most you have to figure out yourself. I started with rifles at the age of 13 and did everything mostly intuitively.
Important for me was to find the perfect, most comfortable and as low as possible (!!) position which for me has eliminated every moving caused by heartbeat or breathing. Now I don´t care about breathing or the heartbeat because I don´t even recognize it at aiming. That was the holy grail for me to get into maximum precision - or better said my max. precision that is still possible with my bad eye.
