My theory on the Peralta Stone Maps and my quest to prove it.

Hey Roadrunner, tell us about yourself. Are you stong and healthy, can you carry your own weight? Can you read a map and follow a compass?

Well you seem honest and worthy and motivated,I like you already. What I need is a Grunt, like me that can do some climbing without getting hurt. That can endure hardship and pain and fatigue. I`m trying to recrute some other guys but they are up there in age and will not be able to do all the scouting around. One thing that I can tell you is that you have to condition your feet. What I did was hump 10.5 miles with a full pack in Houston heat until I got blisters on my feet. Just like in the Army. After the blisters broke my feet accustomed to the work load. When I went in the Supes my feet where fine,no more blisters. Thanks for replying. Chuck

All i can say is i am on my feet all day.
I just had to carry 6 bags of concrete (80 lbs) pre-mix up 20 steps to her yard to pour a new step. On my shoulder.
Blisters,don't get them,so i don't know.
But i know how important the feet are.
Hope you get what your looking for.

I just downloaded 2 topo's of my area after looking at the link that was posted at the LDM.
And i have to go back to my library, there is a book that has a part about an older guy getting off the stage coach at Florence junction, and then walking up Queen creek. There was also a essay office in Florence, and Waltz was there also. With gold. I have to get the 2 books and read them again.

Well I`ll let ya know if you go in the Supes it`s going to be like carrying that 80 pound sack for for 20 miles up them stairs and over boulders and ankle twisters. When they say it aint easy they`re not lying.

I was working with some of the numbers on the stones. If you take the 1847 from the trail map and 1751 from the cross and put them into co-ordinants. 33*17.51 N,111*18.47 that puts you at Gold Camp. Take the 2 and 3 from the trail map and on the Priest map, say that could be 23 degrees. Run the line from Gold Camp and it goes right to the bullseye in the heart. It`s just a coincidence I guess.

If your over here by Gold Camp,by Queen Valley, this is making more sense as to why it hasn't been found.
I am going to get the 2 books from the library again.
I have always thought it was more east than where people where looking.

Unless it was found in 1980 by that guy.
Or around that time.

Noticed you had the foil blanket out which can reflect for alot of miles. Is it your theory that it is best to be seen at all times out there or is it better to be hidden at all times?
Not that I am going out there, I know my limitations. Just wondering.

That`s a must have. I used it to collect water to replenish my water supply when it was storming. You can use it to stay warm and as a marker for S.A.R. if needed. If your not trying to hide from anybody it would be a good idea to be visible from the air, just in case something did happen to you.

It was pointed out to me today by Somehiker that the mountain that I am referring to is called WHITE MT., not Iron Mt.. I apologize for the misdirection. Thank you Somehiker, Chuck

I was looking at the area where Tumlinso found the stones using GE. At co-ordinants 33*16.241`N 111*21.103W ,about.15 mi. up the dirt road from the highway there is a heart shape with the word map next to it. And in another heart up and to the right is another heart with numbers in it that look like co-ordinants. I can make out a few 5`s anyway. Has anybody been out there to see this?

This is odd. I was able to make out the numbers. They are 1355 then the heart shape then 5. So I looked down the creek on the same side to the west going towards San Tan Valley for 6 miles to 33*1355. And right there is a cluster of 5 hearts, like a cloverleaf. WTH..Maybe there is another stone there.

5 HEART CLUSTER

5 HEART CLUSTER.webp I think there could be another stone map here.

Location where stones found

WHERE STONES FOUND.webp This is the area where the stone maps where found. I can see a heart shape and the word map or mappa next to it and a field of numbers. Some say that you can`t see anything using GE/FE. I say they must be blind or have an old computer. CHUCK

Chuck:

Here's a copy of your G/E view, showing where I was standing and what direction I was taking the following photo.
Perhaps you can see what you're looking for in the background.
This is one of five pits, various sizes and depths that were dug out there.
Four of them have groupings of large rocks, partly covered with dirt and gravel from the holes and larger than any surrounding the pits (probably brought up from the creek bed below). It looked to me, that the larger rocks may have been cairns which were tossed aside before the holes were dug. No signs of a backhoe having been used, either. Three of the excavations have mature mesquite growing in the excavated dirt banks. In one case a large mesquite has eroded out of the baked dirt and fallen across the excavation, again suggesting the excavations are decades old.

I have been out there three times now, zig-zagging probably 20+ acres of the area S/E of the creek.
Looking for anything unnatural or out of place.
I have seen nothing resembling numbers, single or multiple.

But you need to go out for a look yourself.

Second one was shot looking towards Superstition mountain, rather than Black Point.

Yeah, I can see that they would be hard to see at ground level since they are old and weathered by now.Someone told me something about some guy was going to float a ballon to take pictures to get a better angle at some sites, I think this would be the place to do it. All I have is a 12 ft. ladder. But I can make out a 52 in the first shot that you put up with the blue sky. When were co-ordinants first used?If you were to plant a treasure map in the middle of the desert, how else would you convey any information that you wanted to ? That leads you to what clues tells you to look here where the maps were hidden, unless it was an accident. I don`t mean to be stepping on anybodies toes or theories or anything, but I think I`m on to this. Thanks Chuck

#`s.webp Here`s the numbers that I thought I could make out where I think is the area where the Cross Maps were found. I followed the numbers and marked it on another heart shape to the south. I didn`t notice until the next day when I looked at GE that there is a huge heart shape within the mountains.HEART SHAPE.webp
