Misc data and adventures of a Tayopa treasure hunter

Damn, that hamburger looks good, move over putty cat.

Comandante,

Let’s assume the following scenario…

You, are shipwrecked alone on a deserted island. You haven’t eaten anything in three days…..
All of the sudden, you witness this………..

Which one do you eat First?

(I know-I know…..the answer is….Both. But which one is First?) Hmmm?

Save the Lady….eat the pig?....or save the pig…for later?

Hmm, the porker is what La Dit would taste like, but Kanacki has turned that down, so I'll never know. Life is full of challenges, sigh. May be Crow ?? From a pure survival point, the porker would be my choice, the broad appears to be too skinny for more than a few days.

Yes-yes, mi Comandante-en-Jefe. One can always learn something from you. I'll remember & apply as needed. Muchísimas gracias

Is this the proper time to tell you both to 'bite me'... :BangHead:?

That skinny broad could hunt, build a shelter, tend your wounds and illnesses, cook, clean, entertain, and amaze you......and you would put her on a spit for a couple of meals? Pffft! That's what happens when you sleep with pigs, Jefe. :tongue3:

Ooops,
we've been busted Comandante.

I guess we're back to 'tortilla sin carne'. Guess you were right............."Life is full of challenges, sigh. May be Crow ?? "

I'm guessing you haven't heard the story about El Jefe's night of bliss with Miss Piggy?? :laughing7:

Don't run off, it's classic. :snorting::love4:

:coffee2:

if i'm in a situation where it is a matter of eating, survival demands a strong willpower, I do my own cooking and cleaning, what more could a skinny broad do ? Not enough meat on her for more than a few days eating, then where are you ? Nah the cute piggy every time. Coffee ? that's not fair, you hit below the belt, well maybe a skinny broad just might be useful in other ways.:coffee2:

m exist to LIVE, not live to exist

Nah, we been having this piggy argument for at least 10 years, and it always ends up a draw. Pffft!

There are multiple pigs.
Not killing each other yet , so watch them to find what they are eating and if you can consume the same. Keeping pork after killing presents a challenge if the clime does not allow serious freezing. 9And it appears to noyt be suitable for such . So holding off until a week or more passes might be in order.

The water could hold much ,or little. Can't tell yet.

The broad could make for a decoy =boat. Depending on your resources and abilities after a boat lands......

Trampe suggests useful potential in the non porcine party....Possibly. Depending on agree-ability.

You mean........All this elaborate thinking and balancing choices on an empty stomach? Nah,....instincts take over.

Couch reasoning and survival in the elements are surprisingly different.
Eat one of the pigs first,....and then you have the luxury to digest, hmm....what are you going to do about the 'decoy'.

Facts of life. Saying otherwise is pure pseudo-chivalry. Who are we kiddin'?

Remember El Jefe said.....survival mode.

Takes time to starve.
And we are assuming there is fire to cook with vs pork plagues /parasites.
And we still need to kill a pig before we can eat it.( A rock is not likely to work, and our teeth are too small. )
Having raised them and offed some , I'm confident their heads are tough.(Don't ask.)

And some folks do a rough job. Potentially scary away the decoy dame.
I'll spare readers an example of a former neighbor ,rabbitry partner's multiple attempts to kill a single rabbit (in front of the other rabbits too) before he came and got me.
