Metal Bottle Cap?

Been hunting and old Fairgrounds that dates back to the 1880's. Was wandering
if anybody has an Idea about the metal caps in the photos below. Been finding them
all over and was wandering what they come off of.

I think some of these were posted a few years ago on Tnet. I can't find the post or remember what they were.

I remember thinking they were caps to ammo tubes for the shooting gallery but I believe I was wrong.

Also, Most bottles did not have screw tops until the early 20th century.
