Lots Of Great Talent On This Forum..."WHAT DO/DID YOU DO FOR A LIVING?????"

My 9-5 (that's a joke of course) is as a Printed Circuit Board Designer. In layman terms I get cad files from mechanical engineers and electrical engineers use voodoo to figure out what they "really" want/need and design a mother/circuit board from it. I just "retired" after 14 years, from my non 9-5, as a HS Football Coach.

I work a 9.5 mile (1046 addresses )walking route for the USPS.......

Joined the Air Force after high school in 1970, was a Crew Chief on B52 Bombers for four years, we delivered the things our enemies hated the most. Some of the products we manufactured (Aluminum can stock, Aluminum lid stock, and Aluminum TAB stock) for can manufacturers. I'm still digging that junk out of the ground every time I go detecting! Don't hate me for that.:laughing7:

I'm a finish carpenter. Started out learning to tape and finish drywall during summers when I was in college, and taped for 12 years before getting into working with moldings. I have a business with just me and two employees and we stay pretty well booked up doing finish work and remodels.

I used to drive up to these houses and instantly start visualizing details of the house and landscaping and how it could be enhanced, but now before that, the first thing I notice is if it looks like a good place to detect lol. We have been working on an old house that was built in the late 1800's and the owner said I could detect there any time, so when we finish up I'm going to try out my new at pro :icon_thumright:

Did a short stint at the local textile mill starting at 16 yrs old. At 18 (in 1985), went on the air with a local radio station. Fell in love with the radio business and did that full time until 1999. Started dispatching at the county 9-1-1 center in 2000. That lasted until 2007. Went back to radio for a couple of years then was offered a dispatch job at the local PD in 2009.
