Looking for some cannons on Crooked Island.......

Maybe they have become buried by sand, and some time later they will be visible again. Be nice to have a mag-fish for times like that.

Problem.....it's not a fisherman , it's a second home owner and we both snorkeled for an hour, no luck, and he's an American and got cold....bless.

My plan is to get towed around next time behind my boat. It's only a couple of football fields worth to check fully.
Damn Yankees, always getting cold. You can never depend on those wankers.

Funny you say that John, when I was looking for the cannons the day before off fortune island ( long cay) I got visited by a curious reef shark.....got the ticker ticking.

Jason the waitress says hi!

Good luck in finding them SADS! If ya need help, lemme know! I love the cold, never bothers me!

Doc, I might take you up on that, only cold at night where you spend most of your time so it doesn't count as being " Cold" ha ha......

Found em, found em, found em........photo and video to follow.......

Great! :coffee2: What type of shipwreck do you expect them to be from?

Very old one I think and I reckon they were used as ballast because they are in a straight tight line.......

Sorry the idiot photographer left the red filter setting on in shallow water.....

Red, I plan to knock off some conglomerate off one or two so people can enjoy them, we'll have a better idea of age then

Good idea! :occasion14: That means you also have located the ballast pile as well.

No ballast, the area has been scoured by storms......there is a long debris field though

If that pic looks ok, to fix any more, need to right now make a record of software settings for later reference.

Hue = -38
Saturation = -71
Lightness = 0
