Dano all cities in the USA are full of thugs,,,bigger the cities the more thugs. intercity America is a dangerous place, you see the rights that we fight so hard for are also given to the thugs. the way it works is we have to FIGHT for our rights because the thugs are doing the bad things and the law abbidding citizens are the ones paying the price for their total disregard of the law. the truth is the truth , facts are facts, you liked putting up numbers on another post, be honest and open here you look up the numbers on crimes and where they occurr, look up what the age group is for most violent crimes, look up the race of who committs the most violent crimes, or not just violent crimes but FIREARM crimes!! What you will find, and find it you can, the facts!!! You can post them and all will be well, but if I posted them I'd be called a racist and worse for posting printed facts!!! the ones who would call me names would do this in an attempt to DIVERT the truth away from the truth and toward me.
Here is another truth drugs are illegal in these cities and who has drugs? the criminals do...All these laws restricting our gun rights do is cause the Law Abbidding Majority headaches and costs us more money, while the thugs will still have their guns...NO ONE can stop all criminals from getting guns, and Lord forbid the day that I will become a criminal in MY GOV eyes,,,but the truth of 200 plus years will still be the truth,,,I'LL BE THE PATRIOT AND THE GOV WILL BE THE CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you can read this with an open mind and understand finally!!! Run the numbers, post'em (honestly) and you'll see I'm right. Thanks

Of course i can read it with an open mind, and it's well stated.
I already have a thread up where i posted firearm crimes...it's TH and others who don't like it and keep rambling on about violent crime and knives etc, lol. What people here have always been confused about and which i find funny, is that they're adamant that this gun grab is all about stopping crime. It's not!
Nobody will ever stop crime.The only time it'll stop is when humans become extinct! Sad but true...no matter WHAT the race!

This might be the result of proposed regulation. I do think the number of atf agents knocking on ones door might be a little lower though. I guess I am trying to ask just what is the driving force for more regulation if its not to reduce crime?

Dano, do you not think this is more about removing all of Americans freedoms in an attempt to make us more like Europe, more govt control and less personal freedoms. To put us on the road to U.N. control? In other words dissolve America.....I really don't think our politicians are concerned with damage limitation, otherwise they would not have conducted "Fast and Furious"........

Seems to me the U.N. just does what it wants. Does not care what the United States wants. How would you follow the money and get a accurate accounting of it? Since when is our govt honest with us?

Because the funding mechanisms are public knowledge. UN has been a puppet of the US since the downfall of the ussr. Save it wasting out money how could anyone view this most bureaucratic of all organizations as a threat to anything save out tax dollars??

In New York, Chicago, and Washington, it is more difficult to get guns. I am sure others will correct me if I am wrong, but no one has ever had a legally purchased firearm taken away preemptively (without them having committed a crime). Gun Control is generally restricting who can buy guns and what kind of guns they can buy. I do not believe that ANY law passed ANYWHERE in the U.S. has taken away a legally purchased and maintained gun from a lawful citizen (you could modify a legal weapon and turn it into an Illegal weapon. For example, you can buy a kit that will turn a Semi-automatic weapon into a fully automatic weapon. A semi automatic will shoot one shot each time you pull the trigger, but you do not need to do anything to reload it. A fully automatic will fire continuously if you pull the trigger and hold it in... again, gun fans will let you know if I am wrong).

Look mate....They took our guns away in Britain and guns aside, I have exactly the same rights as you! Nodody is trying to control us in any other way than a standing government in any other top European nation has to do. Nobody's shipping us off to camps to be butchered. Nobody's banning sex or telling us to "obey" every minute of the day. Nobody is doing anything other than trying to live their lives as best as they can!
The UK has the worlds most surveillance cameras.They cover most city centres and "trouble spots". I think it's great! They stop a LOT of crimes, or if not they help the police arrest them for them. What's bad about that?
If the government want to switch on the mic on my cellphone fine! They can listen to me and girlfriend bickering and me farting a lot. Good luck to them!
As far as i'm aware nobody is planning to invade the UK or Sweden. If they did, then we'd deal with it at that time.

Allowing a seat? Do you know what the UN is? It's a body made up of basically every country in the world - that's the point. This is why the concept of the "UN" taking over is so stupid. It's like saying the senate is going to take over the US. In DC before the law was ruled unconstitutional any gun you owned had to either be dismantled or a trigger lock put on it and was against the law to put it together or remove trigger lock with in city limits EVEN IF YOU WERE ASSAULTED IN YOUR HOME....

They are trying to take away the guns....did you miss New York's recent gun ban? just for a quick example. I am not sure what you mean with the 50% good and 50% bad thing though.
