No, I beleive Newton Hazelwood wrote the Job Print Pamphlet. In the writings of George Hart. He says that Newton Hazelwood knew what was in the Job Print Pamphlet before it was published. It also says that Newton Hazelwood changed the numbers so no one could find the treasure. It would seem like he should be the author. And in 1897 he gave a copy of the 8 sheets of paper with the #1, #2, and #3 on them to Clayton Hart and these where the original numbers from the iron box.
Must have been in the crystal ball Hart was looking into at the time. LOL
