Re: I'm going to build an LRL (seriously)

Calculator shooting a magic treasure finding beam kind of natural phenomenon or the empty plastic box with an antenna sticking out of the side of it natural phenomenon?

Or maybe the AM radio on the inside, or RF receiver in-lieu of ionic chamber kind of natural phenomenon?

I get it you don't understand. So does everybody else. Look at EE's post. See how much sense it makes? Use that as a model if you would, please?

EE; You are right about the fact that not everyone can even slightly use them, and some are crap. That is why we tell people to try the clothes hangers. If you can't do that, it's over for you.

When I repost an answer to one of SWR's reposts, I will either Quote it or address it to him. Keep in mind we have had to deal with an impossible situation. Post pictures,,,not good enough, answer questions, not good enough, give links, not good enough,
tell a truthful account of something, not good enough.

The dogfight, keeps a lot of people from coming here. Look at how kindly guy presents his case as an example. This is why
most good conversations are off the board. A lot of good info skipped by. But for the ones just wanting to argue, no loss.

Hola EE: You posted --> "predictability is proof."

Unfortunately, repeat performance or predictability in many cases is an impossibility, many are of a one time occurrences, but not necessarily terminal performances.

That's true.

It's also true that if you mix certain ingredients together, and let it sit awhile, then bake it; it will become bread. But not everybody gets good results. Lots can go wrong.

But---When somebody advertises a machine that makes bread; if you follow the directions that come with it, it had darn sure better turn out bread! The higher the price for it, the more it had better actually work. And it had better work every time.

If someone makes a bread machine that fails miserably for some people, and the makers defend themselves by saying, "Well, we never actually said it would make bread; that just ain't right, no way, nohow. And there is no getting around that with a bunch of unintelligible mumbo-jumbo, or "testimonials," or "pictures of stuff."

Your pictures, answers, links, and testimonials are fine, for what they are.

But, they simply are not good enough to qualify as proof. Anyone should be able to know the difference.

If someone is going to make adamant claims about something, and continuously say that skeptics are wrong, that is the point when actual, real, proof is required. If real proof is not provided at that point, then continued insistence of the claim only results in the childish behavior that we have all seen here (about a half dozen or more nonsense posts for every legitimate, understandable post).

That's just the way life is.

HI EE, your :coffee2: is getting cold. I agree essentially with your post. that is why they give guarantees, I believe that most lrl manufacturers do also ?

Evidently....you don't know how to use the Quote feature. Same applies to Art and Joseph....I see a pattern here.
They said "truthful" :::chortles:::

Yes the Quote feature is a great tool if you want to give the scammers (Skeptics) more things to duck and dodge and spin and twist..

Can you corroborate RDT's theory, by posting a copy of an LRL makers guarantee?

Any maker will do....

Satisfaction Guaranteed
You have a rock-solid 7 day trial period from date of receiving it with a no questions asked full refund if you are not completely satisfied. Since 2002 our responsibilty ends there. Our replacement service for DOA is also the best.

Most electronics do not have a return policy

Ah, you're right!

They give you seven whole days! Is that from the time they ship it, to the time they receive it back?

Or do you have seven whole days to plan a treasure hunt, make the trip to your hunt site, stomp all over who knows how many hundreds of square miles to to dig who knows how many empty holes, find nothing, drive back home, and box it up, then ship it the next day?

Or do you need to get a Return Authorization Number first? And how many days does it take for them to tell you that you just don't know how to use it, give you instructions, and stall until the huge time of seven whole days expires?

Then, and most importantly, do they make you "prove the negative," that it doesn't work?

And---How many people have successfully gotten their money back?

? ? ? ? ?

Re: I'm going to build an LRL (seriously)

I receive mine about noon from the postman..I read the instructions and watched the movie. I went out to my test garden and it would not work…I informed Ranger Tell, boxed it up and it was back at the post Office before the 5 PM pick up..Ten days later the new one arrived and it worked the first and every time since…Art

EE, tsk, tsk, you need :coffee2: :coffee2:

It was posted -->You have a rock-solid 7 day trial period - from date of receiving it - with a no questions asked full refund if you are not completely satisfied

You posted -->They give you seven whole days! -- Is that from the time they ship it, -- to the time they receive it back?

Embarrassing in that it shows that you didn't actually read and understand the post.

Keep it up and you will end up in my class.

Sorry, I started thinking before I finished reading. :laughing7:

I already know that I don't know. That's why I asked you!

Both---

But that puts a dark cloud over your boast about the whole "guarantee" thing, doesn't it.

:dontknow:

I mean, even if they did return the money to people who asked for it within seven days, and I think that would be only a small percentage of those who eventually found that they couldn't get it to work, they would still make lots of money, and have lots of disappointed customers.

The reason I think that many people would wait past the seven days is that, it they thought the thing was legit, then they would just keep trying to learn to work it, thinking it was their fault they weren't finding anything. Lots of people feel that it wouldn't be on the market if it didn't work. And especially at that price. So it takes them awhile to realize they've been had.

Kind of like the Bernie Madoff scam. Sometimes it takes awhile. More than seven days.

You think...you think...so now you are speaking for every person who has bought the H3Tec? How about showing proof that every customer feels that way....instead of your opinion.

You are basing your question on the premise that I have access to their files. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot---the old #24 on the Predictable Patterns list, in the link below!

Have you made up your own Terms of Use now? Nobody is allowed to state their opinions?

Well, woo-Hoo!

I wonder what Big J and her psycho-whatevers would have to say about that?

Sure, anyone can state their opinions. Just look at the pseudo-skeptical posts. Problem is they state their opinions as if they were fact.

I like your list...that's a cool and clever idea! I may just make my own list....with some changes, of course..... ;D

Con Artists hate that list!

P.S. No twisting or spinning---it's all there in black and white. On the list. Very stable. Very logical. And very applicable!
