I'll show you mine'You show me yours

just what would you like me to prove?..i'm not the one making wild claims about a filthy rich platinum mine..all i said was put up or shut up...if you have platinum..then produce it....simple as that

Oh...If only platinum were that simple...I am still doing little tests on my ore azdave...Maybe one day when I figure out exactly how to work it...I may get on a mule and go in search of the deposit that my little silver ore came from...But until then...I will continue to play with my ore without giving any more away to others...

And like I have said many times before...I really don't care if anyone believes me or not...I will not be producing any of my ore to anyone in the near future...I have less than 10 lbs. of ore left...And I will be needing most of it for more of the tests I am doing...I have been learning quite a bit from some of my little tests on said ore... :) :BangHead:

Who knows...Maybe one day if I get tired of trying to figure it out I will take some to the Chinese embassy on Shatto Pl in Los Angeles...And what does this have to do with digging to China???Who knows???Life is funny at times...lol

Like I said azdave...Some of ya'll around here might already know more about my ore than I do...But I really don't care...I know where it came from...I can get on a mule one day and go in search of its little hole...And ya'll may have a clue of where it came from...But I don't think you have found it yet...It is like searching for a needle in a hay stack...I'll continue to say that it came from somewhere in North America...As to exactly where???Well...I'll continue to keep that little secret...Like I said...I just may end up taking it to the grave as Waltz did...hehehe :tongue3::notworthy:

i think you are reading me wrong...i don't want your ore or the locality from where it came...i have no desire to do any mining in the superstition wilderness...i merely offered to test it for you....i have worked enough platinum ores to know that almost all of them are rebellious ores and hard to work....platinum is so closely related to the iron family that it is very difficult to extract the platinum...when scanning ores and i get a very high reading of platinum on my xrf analyzer it is usually reading the iron.....if i take a magnet and pull the iron out..then the high platinum reading goes away...so if you did have your ore analyzed by xrf and they didn't pull the iron out..you probably got a false reading

My platinum ore is quite rebellious azdave...I am learning a little more about it each and every day...As I have mentioned earlier...Pliny describes the Alutiae being separated from the gold in a camillum...Which I believe to be some sort of device that employed some form of a magnet to separate the Alutiae that was locked up in iron...And I also posted a link to a report of platinum in black sands in Alaska...Platinum group metals are pretty complicated if you ask me...But what do I know???

So I believe what you have been doing by removing the iron from your samples...You have been taking away the platinum locked up in the black sands of your samples...My ore has lots of sulfides in it that I am playing with...I could roast it...I am pretty sure this is what the Spanish did...I haven't roasted any of my ore yet...Maybe that should be one of my next little tests...Who knows???I have plenty of time...And 10 pounds of ore to play with...And with less than 30 grams of ore per test...I can perform quite a few tests...

And as for mining in the superstition wilderness...It is where one finds it...If this is where you believe the Peralta stones to lead...More power to you...You'll not see me heading to that area anytime in the near future...hahaha...Heck...I made a trip to Colton last weekend...And I could have sworn that I was being trailed by quite a few people...Or it could have just been my paranoia...Heck...Everybody knows that there is no diamonds or platinum in San Bernardino County CA...Or is there???

IF God is willing I may be able to search for my little holes in the wall at some time in the future...Somewhere here in North America...rofl

And like I said...I doubt I'll be letting anyone scan my ore with an xrf analyzer anytime soon azdave...I am quite certain that it has already been scanned in the past and I feel quite certain that certain groups or teams are searching for an area that has a similar signature...Who knows???

"So I believe what you have been doing by removing the iron from your samples...You have been taking away the platinum locked up in the black sands of your samples."

been there ..done that...we have tried to assay the iron we pulled ..always comes up iron..no platinum...it is an inherent weakness of xrf analyzers....if you get an abundance of iron (or an abundance of any metal) the machine will read it as a precious metal..usually platinum or palladium...i have tested hundreds of ores that will fire assay platinum....but nobody has figured out how to extract it....except maybe chuck crawford and he took it to the grave with him

I was working on a reply to your post and I closed the page by accident...Oh well...I guess it was not meant to be azdave...Anyhow...Here is a little food for thought... https://www.saimm.co.za/Journal/v104n06p323.pdf ...There is more than one way to skin a cat...And one day I just may jump on a mule and chase after what I believe to be a little platinum hole in the wall that Antonio de Ulloa did get some of his Piedras from as I have mentioned earlier...

And if I do give up on doing such a thing...I can try to shake my shadows...Or those who are tailing me...Or my paranoia...And make a trip to Reno...Who knows???I just may make a trip to Murfreesboro afterwards...That is IF my little Tia Juana really was a paragon diamond...rofl

Who knows???

i've read most of the reports on platinum recovery..it all sounds good on paper but its a different story when trying it in real time...

You can say that again azdave...Platinum ore is a whole different game...Especially for a small time miner...I am making progress though...It sure does help if one has been to the hole itself and has ore from the deposit to play with...One can subject the ore to many different solvents and such...And if one reads the right ancient manuscripts...One just might get lucky and figure out a way to work such complex ore...

Who knows...Maybe one day I just might get lucky and figure out the right combination or process to get the platinum out of the ore without having to use Royal Water...I could always revert to said method...More food for thought... https://books.google.com/books?id=T...page&q=platinum from spain's santa fe&f=false Maybe one day I will try to return to where I have been...But I am content in knowing that I have been there and I have done that...hehehe

I had never heard of Chuck Crawford until you posted his name earlier azdave...So I did a search and found this... Charles (Chuck) Crawford - Page 1 - Lost Dutchman Gold Mine - Arizona Superstition Mountain Wilderness ...Heck...Maybe Chuck and I have found the same little hole in the wall...But I doubt it...I wonder if he ever figured out how to work his platinum deposit???I hope to figure it out one day...But until then...I will continue to read up on platinum...

I have a lot of theories floating around in my head that Alex Jones might find interesting...lol...I do feel quite confident that I have stumbled upon an ancient mining area...I have my reasons for believing such...And I also continue to believe that it is the area depicted in the Peralta Stones...But I am in no rush to prove it to anyone...After some of my recent searches...I am beginning to believe that it was the Jesuits that created the Peralta stones in an attempt to relocate their lost mining area...Heck...It may have even been the Spanish realm for as far as I know...But who can say for certain???

Here is some more food for thought... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign_Military_Order_of_Malta ...I particularly find a certain passage very interesting...It is under History...Under Founding...It is the third paragraph...Mainly..."and the territories that the crusaders had captured from the Muslims"...I am beginning to wonder if my little hole in the wall may fall under such a statement???Who can say for certain???hahaha

chuck found platinum in upper labarge box ..he definitely knew how to test for platinum and recover it

The old saying is "It is where you find it"...I hate arsenides...But what do I know???I'm in no rush...80 ozs. to the ton isn't all that much...rofl

old chuck claimed alot of things...but he did have platinum...80 opt was one of his boasts,,,he also claimed to have seen god in the superstition mountains...lol

Some of us claim many things azdave...I too have seen God...Though I will not divulge exactly where nor when I saw him...lol...

Like I have said...If someone with a few extra million cares to have me prove what I claim...Well...That jest may be another ball game...rofl...

One of these days I just may figure out how to work them darn arsenides and try to retrace the tracks that I took so many years ago...Even IF my hemorrhoids are much worse than they were when I got on that darn mule...

Who can say for certain???I still believe to have a bonanza platinum ore...And all of the signs are pointing to it being from Santa Fe de Quito or Choco...Or one of them dang places...Or is it from New Granada???

Hold on there you to Critters

Lets post some more Finds! Here's some man made stuff I found in the old silver mines Joe told me about a few or so years back.

Thats quit a poke for the times, about a pound of silver, key, coins and a ladies ring in that Copper locker
would anybody know of a lady prospector 1900 to 1920 in the supers

Here is a depressing article when it comes to platinum... https://www.slideshare.net/platinumalloy/how-is-platinum-extracted-from-its-ore ...Maybe my ridiculous claims are noting more than that...Ridiculous...I am beginning to doubt myself...

It seems as if wrmickel1 has more to show than I...

Maybe I should never again touch the darn metal...hehehe

Who knows???I still have some other things I can try...I'm not giving up yet...I'll figure it out one day...lol

Could be the same lady who her skeleton was found in a cave at the south end of Garden Valley . There , were some gold nuggets beside her remains .

If my ore does contain as much platinum as I claim...I already have a rock crusher to get me started...It is similar to this one here... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mortar-and-...942237?hash=item41cad6b25d:g:kxQAAOSwnDZUHh7m ...All I need now is to figure out how to work the darn ore... And plenty of Preparation H and Aleve...Oh...And enough luck to find the darn place that the ore came from...lol

Who knows???Maybe one day...If I work a couple hundred pounds of ore...I can work my way up to an rc-46...I don't think that I'd need anything larger than that to crush up catalytic converters refractory to get me some platinum...hehehe

As IF I have found a long lost Spanish or Jesuit mining area depicted in the Peralta stones or some other famous lost treasure map...rofl

Shoot...If some rich adventurer would like to kick down a few million...Who knows???I could probably remember how to return to said area...

I guess we'll just have to wait and see...I doubt anyone around here is interested in such an adventure...
