Like the pics, but why did you go with cannonball, and not a ball from an old ball mill? What is the diameter and exact weight of the ball?

I went with cannonball cause the center inch or less has a lot of wear, like it was shot out of a smooth bore cannon

I really don't know why I am responding to such an insult...As I have mentioned earlier...I really don't have anything to prove to anyone other than myself...I believe, through research, that I gave away a paragon diamond years ago in Reno NV at the Mustang Ranch...And I believe that I have a little platinum hole in the wall somewhere in North America...I am not seeking investors somehiker...If I had investors I would have to prove my little holes in the wall to them...I really don't think that I could do that...lol...Oh well...I am no Blindbowman...I know what I know...And I still have a few pounds of Platinum ore that I can play with...rofl...Maybe one day I'll return to Reno on my own... I really don't need luck txtea...I know that one day, IF God is willing...I may return to Reno or one of my other little holes in the wall...I am very skilled in what I do...I am just not looking forward to riding a mule for six days...And without a guide it may take much longer than six days and that is not very appealing to me...OH well...Like I say over and over again...I have nothing to prove to anyone...Heck...Maybe one day I might try my luck in Murfreesboro, Ar...Who knowsI just may find myself a diamond IF I am lucky...hehehe

Your response to Somehiker should have been a response to me as I was the person who suggested you were looking for investors. His post was merely a response to your post #154 where despite you saying you don't have anything to prove to anyone other than yourself, you stated...

If platinum were as easy to process as gold and silver...I probably would have gotten on a darn mule long ago...lol...I am quite certain I have the process of alluvial diamond prospecting down...But I am still unsure of the process of crushing kimberlite and such...But I'd be content in finding just one more diamond to confirm my suspicions...And who knows where I'd go from there
