As for your earlier comments, I simply state the facts, and if you notice, I said the law reads "something like" 4 feet and wet 50% of the time, I don't remember the exact figures. But thanks for you "colorful" commentary just the same.

Up front: Don't sweat it, Scuba put it the rights words, FL is relax on
Treasure hunters. There's just some people out there: "state" , thinking there only ones allowed to dig relics and etc. that's problem we have up here. Always, Always ask,
at front gate. at all state parks where you allowed to detect on the Beach or otherwise.
most of the time the rules are stay between "mean high mark, mean low tide mark"
if you really want to know more about FL laws : go to the nearest FWC, and DEP Office.
