Diesel, which ones do you think are better. Travel is the best way to open ones eyes to the big wide world that we live in and to better understand the people we share this plant with. how many foreign countries have you traveled to and interacted with the people. And going to Montreal for drinking and strip clubs only give you partial credit!!
I would definitely call that a personal swipe at Dieselram94. No way around that one. You really outdid yourself with the last statement.
And using your logic of why people from foreign countries should not be commenting on issues pertaining to the US, would that mean that you do not believe that you should be making any comments on foreign countries as you have not even visited never mind being a citizen of said countries?
Yes exactly. I find it interesting that many of the same people who feel that "foreigners" have no right to comment on American politics, policies, laws are the same ones usually posting criticisms of others countries. I'm sorry you have difficulties understanding things.
No one here comments on other countries until they stick their noses in our business. If persons from foreign lands want to criticize, they should be ready to receive a bit of enlightenment about their situation as well. They sure seem to think that the name calling and insults are enlightening to us.
Chad, I never had to arrange ANYTHING... NOT what I do. I have ALREADY "posted" what I do... find those "posts"..
Rebel, the statement was a reply to Dano, not you, but I've never worn a badge. I kinda have a aversion to doing that.
What I can't understand is this . . . I read your comments in the thread about veterans and you really are intelligent and caring, then you turn right around and at other times come with some stuff from far far far left field that I have trouble making sense of. Personally, beginning to wonder which one is real and which a put on. Been reading that other thread closely and since I cannot contribute in a meaningful way, I've kept my thoughts to myself.
There are other events that can bring on PTSD besides war, I've experienced some symptoms of PTSD but gratefully my experience was miniscule to that of others -- I would never put my trauma on a level with that experienced by so many of our veterans. However, reading your comments on that thread help me to realize that some folks really do care.
