My folks found this in a stream bed in middle of Missouri somewhere. It is about 3x3.5". The flatter part is about 3/8", the high point of the rounded part is about 1" high. A magnet does not stick to it.
I can't even tell if it's metal or rock.

I am a newbie and I love rocks however I know very little about them. Can you help me ID these three. I live in Arizona but I got these at a garage sale so I do not know the history prior to me finding them at the sale.

It both scratches and is scratched by rose quartz. This is the one that I replied that scratches glass.

I have several buckets full of stones. Up to looking at a few more?

Highly unlikely, as it would be both harder and softer then quartz. Try using magnification to look for the actual scratch.
Or if your fingernails are long enough, run them across until you feel the scratch.

Another from the flea market bucket bundle. This one is rather large. Quite shiny black on all sides but one.

One more from the bucket. Nice deep red with black veins.

No idea. Rough rocks, not sawn or cut are easiest to identify. There's to little to go on to even make a qualified guess in this case.

Looks like a rock to me. Could be sedimentary or volcanic.
