Does this look like it could be jade i found it while i was in the woods and i thought it would be a neat rock to break open and see the inside and it ended up being completely green inside and its transparent when i hold a light behins it and it was extremely hard to break apart i actually couldnt do it myself i had help loll also i tried the scratchTest and its not able to be scratched.. please let me know what u think

What did you test the hardness with? Are the pics taken of the dry specimen?
If a knife doesn't scratch it - consider having a gemologist or a local lapidary club check it out in person.

In this rock the pink color part of the rock is strong but that black color part is very weak . Can take it & crush it to sand with hand itself , why is that ? What is it ?!

Granitic gneiss has a more or less parallel orientation of the minerals present. This orientation can be more or less well defined.

The black is Biotite. If you looked up the make up of granitic gneiss you know it's made of three main minerals: Quartz, K feldspar and mica/biotite.
Mica is quite soft, actually a knife will scratch it.

Because the minerals that make up the rock can vary in color. K feldspar for example can be white, pinkish or even red.
I suggest you read up on the subject a little on your own.
