I think they are alien space game pieces, but psychics, I don't know. I haven't seen one win the lottery yet. :D :D

I think somebody said to his buddy....

"Hey look, there's Dave. We spent long enough trying to figure these out.
Hee Hee Hee, lets see how long it takes him to go nuts."

What do you think Dave?
LOL

I think we are way past that point, now they're calling me Crazy Dave.

Piggman,
You and all the others trying to find positive proof of what these "pig nutz" actually are, have made an awesome attempt.

I think it is time to just enjoy that you have found some items that were NOT mass produced(if they were...some kind of pictures or something would surely have been found from the many who have looked) and most probably made for Commemoration of those Korean Games.

They may not be worth much in monetary value, but I think because there hasn't been any other pictures of them or any other researchers coming up with proof of a mass produced item you definitly got some unusual collectables.

I agree. For something I thought would be soooo easy to identify, it turned into one of the biggest research items I know of without positive results. Unbelieveable! They are most likely not even worth the metal they are made of, but because of all the research and work gone into these, to me, I have something very special as far as finds go. Who knows, maybe someday a kid will walk up and say, hey, I have a set just like that, those are XXXXX. Untill then I am satisfied with knowing I have something unique. Who would have thought it?

Hey Buddy,
I'll provide the board and super glue,
if you want to make a memorial wall hanging for them.

You can put in a big basket underneath a hard copy of all the pages of this thread for anyone to read ....and add the future pages as you print them off.

LOL

I am going to make some sort of memorial to them. I thought about that clear plasic resin so you could see all around them. Printing out this thread will be a job in itself, but it will have to be done to go along with them. It would be the only right thing to do.

That's a very logical point, Dave ! But extrasensory perception has been proven to work, and doesn't rely on logical deduction. A good psychic should be able to merely touch or hold one of those nutz and receive mental images, impressions (clues), and if this were done on-site at the football field I would think the impressions would be much stronger ! Then those clues might lead you to the proof you are seeking. I know it sounds spooky. Maybe some of the other members reading this can offer opinions, testimonies, etc..

I would keep an open mind on this approach.......it all comes down to how badly you want to solve this mystery ! You and many others have tried everything else. The only other recourse is to put the nutz on the back shelf and see what other information might filter in over time. IMHO, I don't think finding more nutz is the answer.

My 2 cents............Todd :)

the way people collect things today and the rediculous amounts of money spent. you never know.

send one to the today show and see what happens!

Yo Dave !

It's been about a month since the last post on this thread, and was just wondering what's going on with the "Nutz".

Have you been back to the alien landing site at the football field and found anything else ?

Have you had time to do anything with the Nutz memorial project ?

Todd ;D

Nothing new has come up, so I'm just leaving them as unknown. I've been catching up on a lot of things I've put off and getting things ready for deer season, so I haven't had much time to do anything with them yet, outside of printing out all the responses. Between the catchup and the weather, I haven't even been able to get out detecting for awhile, but all that is about to change.

Oh. This post again. Haven't seen this one in a while. Let's see if we can bump it to 1000 responses.

Seeing that there has been NO knowledge of these things,I feel a pretty strong possibility that they MIGHT be used for imprinting designer drugs, (XTC),pills. I haven't read every post here, and I'm not entirely sure where you found these as of this moment, but if it was a highshool football field I think the chances are even better.I'm sorry if I turn out to be right on this one.Figured I'd at least give my idea.

Paleo,

We went through the whole imprint thing a few pages ago. To imprint, the logo has to be backwards on the die.

Daryl

wouldn't the imprint be backwards if you took those and pressed them into clay, wax,or resin.

The way they are now. Yes, the imprint would be backwards in the wax or whatever.

Daryl

they are stamps for stamping tokens. they would have mounted in a machine press
thats my thought
