They are a no-no out this way,if you hook one you're not supposed to take them out of the water and if you can't remove your hook..cut the line. Sure is a dinosaur looking creature!

My bad on misprint of size it was a 46.5 and ended up in the smoker, The same goes here but if reading farther down on the regs they say if to small the need to be returned to the water immediately, go figure (government)

Chris I immediately started to count all the fish just to see if you caught one every day.....28, 29, 30 !! AWWW Crap he hooked his finger !! Or maybe "AWWW Carp he hooked his finger !! Great run on some mighty fine carp......hope that came out ok ??

As a kid , watched a guy deliberately cut his palm to bleed on a doughball.
It worked....
He gave us a carp that's tail dragged when we put a stick through a gill and carried it shoulder height.
No , we were not tall kids, l.o.l..
Dad was not over joyed to see it arrive for some reason.

Nice fishing guys! We haven’t been able to get out much. So good to see you have! Ahh, Chris, ouch!!!!

Getting geared up here for the fall brawl. I’ve ordered real ice fishing parka and bibs for this year. $500.00 +. You watch. It won’t get cold now.

Update on the program: We’re trying to save it from going by the by. Restructuring and reorganization is the plan 10 of us met to lay out a plan. Hope it’s accepted.

Finally back to fishing....got the boys some mahi mahi yesterday. Going for wahoo this morning !!

Thanks holepuncher....had no takers so we went on our own today and went 4 for 5 on sailfish !!! !! I killed one and released 3 and lost 1......all at the same time. Got 4 on at once just 2 of us !! I threw out my last rod in the middle of this and hooked number 5 for a few minutes before he spit the hook. Great paid day with no guests.....I got to fish all day and got paid. Now I'll have plenty of smoked fish dip for the holiday season !!

Wish I was there. Went out for sailfish once and had a nice all day boat ride.
Sturgeon fishing sucked this year only 2 keepers in 5 trips out.

Got a mutton snapper and 2 turbit. Also got a mackerel.
