first "serius" find, atleast i hope so

on my 4th hunt i find some old coin , think its old silver turkey coin is it or ?

just arived scale from ebay: so i have numbers for my hoard of silver coins i found on "medieval silver forest path"

Road keep giving silvers (1 more/25 total )
Today plan was to chek another path in same forest, but to get on that path i needed to go over my dear silver road, and i say to myself if there is 24 silvers, there must be atleast one more and there was 1 more ! ... after some time hunting nothing shows up so i moved on secund path as the plan was.

On secund path i found 1938 prety nice coin, i see that one first time so for moment i thought its gold one, unfortunatly its not but still nice one, atleast for me . thanks for watch and read! (photo on page 6)
yeah btw, i manage to get some ID on some of those silvers: 7 are sultan Suleyman I “the Magnificent” (reign 30 Sep, 1520 – 7 Sep, 1566) mint in (Novaberde, Kayseriye, Novar, Sidrekapsi, Kratova) 1 is Sultan Selim I "the Grim" (reign 1512–1520)

Mihmar: You have accomplished something great while metal detecting that many of us will never do. Finding a large hoard of Silver coins that are thousands of years old in your first month of detecting. I thank you for sharing your story with us on Treasurenet, as I sit here today in the USA with no option of detecting for weeks due to the extreme cold weather/snow cover your story has inspired me. That these hoards are still out there to be found even by new metal detector hobbiests. Good luck finding more of the Hoard and keep on posting your finds.

Could you or someone else please clarify all the criteria necessary for finds to be on banners; or direct me to where this is already listed?
I understand the basics, but would like to know more , specifically about the time one has be a member

These are not the only criteria necessary.
additional rules have been added to make our Banner
more then just pictures of every day Finds.
& prevent Duplicates on the banner simultaneously.

However Let's don't Hijack mihmar79's thread & give me reason to
have to Clean it up

u didnt get it, i know my engl is not best ... i got detector (first ever) in december of last year and i start detecting in december... and after 4-5 first hunts in my life (in december) i found first of that coins in december ... and i come here in december ... so evrything hapens in december

p.s. my birthday also in december

I understand sir, like I said we are taking nothing away from your great find at all, but you join at 9:30 am and posted the finds at 6:30pm of same day and stated you found them on your 4th or 5 th hunt... so in 9 hours you did 4 or 5 hunts...

We require members finds to have been found after they have joined TN to qualify for banner...

noo sir i not state i found them in my 4-5 hunt after joining tnet, i state i found them in 4-5 hunt after i start detecting not after joinin tnet. (and my start of detecting was few days before joins here, december)

I think for us...its we aren't part of the buddy club,the only people who responded to any of my posts all were members who were not here more than a year or 2.... coincidence... I think not

thanks! but i think its not so important that find become banner, most important for me to dig up something "nice", after, if become banner, nice, if not, still your nice find stays in your stash and u can admire (if u dont sell it, then again u have money)

which is why I still have a smile on my face,i get to look over at almost 10 oz's of silver I have found in 39 days of buying my first detector

Wevo i certainly dont ferl threaten and it wasn't an attack on me but it is on TN.

Go back and look at all the banner finds, there is no buddy system....

There is also no problem between you and I that i know of....

Slow your more than welcome to pm any concerns you have and please report all attacks on any member especially new members, we get thousands of new posts a day, it is impossible for mods to find all issues and I read hundreds of posts a day my self.
