It is kind of crazy, I know. I understand the necessity of some of the laws in place, but integrity, compassion & good ole common sense should not be victim to these laws.

Tom is CA, I took the bird to the MO State Conservation Agency. (It's our rangers) The first person I talked to probably would have turned me in, but luckily her boss was a caring person & helped.
So the moral to this story is ? do good, get busted, look the other way & all will be just hunky dory?
