uhhh,, just had an appendectomy (appendix removed laposcoptically (?) Crispin would know what I mean. Bill was for $68,357.00, Insurance paid 63K and change. Guess who got to pay the rest? Insurance didn't even really pay that 63K and change, they wrote it down with the hospital and doctor.
Now, if YOU don't have insurance and YOU are walking down the street, minding YOUR own business and a branch falls out of a tree breaking YOUR arm or shoulder. Who is going to pay to have YOUR arm or shoulder set? Who is going to pay for YOUR xrays? Who is going to pay for YOUR problem? Do YOU think some kindly hospital will just say, "that's alright TH, we know it wasn't YOUR fault, we'll just be fine paying for YOUR problem."
Or are YOU going to go all lawyer on the tree?
