Here is latest picture of the bedroom progress. That was a ton of sanding! We have vacuumed the drywall dust three times as I sanded! Sanding the ceiling just about killed me! Lol

Haha yeah I just called the owner..... We think alike buddy. She requires more aesthetic interior work and electrical work than she's worth. Morgans are awesome vessels. But he said it would probably take $20,000 to make her good and seaworthy...... I ain't got that......He said she's in a marina paying a couple locals 10 bucks an hour each for running the wires, painting, and redoing the walls because they are tearing down walls to run electrical. He sent pics of the berths...... I'd need somewhere to sleep while the work was going on. He tried to explain the weather I laughed. Been there a few times, even hunted down Noriega in 1989- 90. I passed on the boat when he said he had offers I said take them.

Yeah, I loved that part as well. It jumped right out at me $10 a night you'll get rich! Lol! Overall the boat looks decent but the interior is a little "rough" there's always deals though . Boats are one of my serious weaknesses! I don't think I've ever seen one I don't want to own. I've seen some unbelievable deals on eBay for local boats through the boat angel ministry. $10,000 seems to go along way for a older sailboat. One thing that boat had going for it was the Perkins diesel with less than 400hrs on it.

I mean a lot of hard work and maintenance... But the Ling cod, black snapper, crab....

Well, well well where do start...... Let's just say I am very, very angry right now. Scott I will concede the victory to you. I knocked over my king. You didn't see it. The 9 y / o and I just got back fro the grocery store. Bought stuff for Taco Sunday dinner and to make his lunch for the week. My wife met me at the front door. She said " please don't get angry, don't yell but something happened." Having no clue I said what? She said " while you were gone, the 4 year old grand daughter knocked all your chess pieces off the board. Sent them flying across the house !" I said " WHAT? WHY? The game is up above everyone's eyesight, sitting on the printer" WHY? So I came in the house my wife said leave her alone, I've already talked to her. I said. "No, I've got nothing. I don't bother anybody. I take care of everybody. This is just mean. She needs punished. So I found her in her moms room watching cartoons. I said " I have just one question, why? She gave me this evil look and she says " I got tired of looking at it!" I'm blown away...... This is the kind of sh@@ I have to put up with daily....... You win buddy! Then my wife asks me if I can take her and her employer to the airport Thanksgiving...... You know so they can fly to LA on their way to Hawaii for a week. I feel defeated....the. 9 y/ o and I need a break! I found a 44 foot Ketch for sale in Panama for $7500.00!!!!!!! Man I am beat!

Sounds like a draw to me.
Something about 4 y/o scotch.....
Don't want to try to set 'em up again....

That's funny right there I don't care who you are. Thanks Pat Cat and yes you are correct. Sorry Scott. I'm still a little upset..... She climbed up on the computer table and the game is history. The 9 y/o was so mad it was hard to contain him. He looks out for me. Hey I just heard from one of my old Frogman team mates. He is quite possibly surfacing and becoming an adjunct professor in underwater forensics! This man has more time underwater than sharks do! I'm proud of him ! I think his wife said " surface or else" haha I'm going to look up the site you guys mention about boat sales. Yeah DR how did I know you would notice that Perkins? Haha
