CRISPINS CRITTERS

Now on to the subject of government take overs... I understand this home was taken by imminent domain for a project that was scrapped. Hopefully someone can somehow get it out of the governments tentacles and save it before it deteriorates any more. Lol, so enough with the government take over jokes and onto the video! [emoji482]

Awesome house!
Would be a good project for ya D.R......
I did not hear a floorboard or a stair squeak.

I wish I owned that house. It has tons of potential! It certainly deserves a new life. Only problem is its in upstate New York, I wouldn't live there for anything. Florida has sunshine! Lol

Chris, did you ever get your truck oiled underneath? I did my old Dodge and my wife's Subaru this fall and I think I spent about 12 hours total crawling around under those vehicles!

WT good to see you back. I could use that house for my Airsoft team. Haha that would be a log of fun and potential. RC I was trying to say according to my calculations--- his last move, he took his own piece!!!!!!! So I'm bumphunkled..... Confused where is my error????

That's funny whenever I see an old house or a piece of land for sale, I think of the tactical uses. Where I could get my best shot from, where is the high ground, the low ground, ingress, egress routes, does it have water ? I guess I'll always be screwed in the head like that...... Someday I'll tell everybody how I escaped an onslaught of Mosquitos, a police helicopter, several K-9's and Satan himself , barefooted with a nail in my foot for a week !!!!!!! I was 12 years old.....tired of the beatings at home. My real dad punched me in the face one time too many so out the door I went!!!!! It's a cool story. I learned a lot in Boy Scouts hehehe......,,,PS They never caught me

Oh yeah I think I've said this before. Somebody told me once I should write a book. I gave it some thought and finally came up with a title. If I ever write a book about my life I am going to title it " Sympathy For The Devil " now give that a couple minutes and let that sink in....,,,,,,

Hey DRAM....you using one of these? I have new cabinets, doors, crown molding and base to do for a client. He talked me into doing the hard wood floor first.

Absolutely! I wouldn't consider doing a hardwood floor without a air nailer. It's amazing how much it will pull each board together!

I will take it! :headbang:A friend of mine (also a building contractor) has a molding machine. It is great for duplicating outdated trim/molding.
Why he spent a fortune I'am not sure....He claimed so he can match trim/molding in older homes!
Bro...I explained....this is Oregon, the east coast area has homes older then our state!:BangHead:
Yeh the older tung and groove 2 by sub floors like to squeak!

Lol, you do have a point! However there's no place on earth like southern Oregon! Got to love the rouge river! I miss that area!

Yes sir it is. Years ago I rafted down the "wild" area of the Rogue. Wicked!
I also got to raft the Illinois......with an experienced rafter. Now you can take a 4 day raft trip down the Illinois....only 1100 bucks a person!
We Have the Smith river too (CA)
Dude....why'd you move?

And now the happiest band I have ever seen! They get a little help from a fellow Canadian. (Please identify by listening only no usin' the interweb...) I was going through some boxes of CD's (they need organized put on the wall..) and found these guys. Well not the band but their CD...:laughing7:

I moved because I was in high school and my parents moved to maine. We used to live off Savage creek rd in Rogue River. I loved sluicing for gold in Galice area and was it Rainbow canyon? Or Sunny valley off I 5.
Hard to beat the weather too! I've lived in many places. Washington state, Oregon, California, Maine And Florida off and on.

Man, ya'll bring back memories talking about the Rogue....made the trip from Texas to Clampett Falls to Bend many times. Fished the Salmon,Link,Klamath. Drift from Bend past Robertson Bridge catching kings. I miss sawing off a frozen salmon steak and throwing it on the fire. I bought a place in Battle Ground but didn't quite make it as planned. Pics are the remnants of an old wooden water tank used by Butterfield Stage Line and me. Others are what a large wild boar is capable of. He had one tusk over 7''.
