I remember one night, the call came in to the barracks, "Trouble in Dallau."

We loaded up a couple of duece and a halves, went to the "YO YO" disco and made sure that our presence was known.

(I carried and used with authority the butt-end of my pool cue.....)

We were banned from that establishment from that day on by the German Police....

Just another day as an 18 year old.
(So LONG ago......)
