is there a doctor in the house? Hey Doc, went to med center wed for a sore heel. he gave me diclofenac for inflammation, do I need to take the whole months worth? Or stop since the pain and swelling are gone and save the rest for future recurrence?

Jeff, get some California white raisins, put them in a container, fill with gin cover them with cloth to keep bugs out and let sit for a week while alcohol evaporates. Eat at least a teaspoon of the raisins every day.....

I was going in for surgery on my heels when I found this cure, after about 8 days all pain was gone.

Ontario is great for those here who haven't seen it. Had a lady friend just outside of Montreal, crossed Ontario once a month from Detroit for 3 years. Now, Quebec on the other hand... No bi-lingual signs All the road signs in Ontario were bi-lingual... My GPS wasn't helpful in Quebec....
