CRISPINS CRITTERS

Friends,

I've shared a brief part of my life here tonight, to catch up on recipes, (made my best sushi to date last night!)
connect with like souls, share, perhaps a bit of humor, (mostly described through my own folly)
and enjoy the company of Friends!

I'M BUYING THE NEXT ROUND!

If you don't sing along, YOU'RE buying the next round!

I can't hear you, Nancy!

"So, who's puttin' the Kahlua in the coffee? Send him my way. Thanks.

Now where's my psych notebook?

Crap! I need a receptionist."

"Yes, you mentioned that earlier. Do you wish to add to that discourse?
Why?

Scott?

Why?

Why do you need a receptionist? Are you so weak in your sexuality that you need a feminine counterpart to accept blame of your failures?
When you fail, Scott, what sounds do you make, when you're alone, in your room, surrounded by your pathetic life,
what sounds do you make?"

The following was a dramatic interpretation based upon that Hannibal Lector flick, right?

Right?

Wouldn't it be cool if the story headed this way.....

Scott

Friends,
Another classic rendered by Stanley Jordan....

For the guitar purists amongst us...

Best,

Scott
Scott, that was just great! ty!
Relchair, I almost lost it with Lawrence Welk an Johnny Carson! LOL! That was great, too! LOL!
Love your kitty cats squiggys! LOL! Do them and the squirrals play together? My Sally cat used to play chase/tag with a wild squirrel in our yard, we named Scamper(he had a crook in his tail, we could recognize him by). They would run and play from pine tree to pine tree, was the funniest! LOL!
I had a car pick-up and late night airport pick-up last night, all flights delayed, rain, traffic daymare.......everyone got home safes, yay!

So basically, it was just a slow, mellow evening/night, all disasters of the day averted and all is well.

BB, thanks for that, too! Sorry, I may have spoke too soon, lol, pics and stories won't be forthcoming(on a public forum).
Reasons, ya know........

In memory of B.! Thanks for everything!

OH I LOVE HIM/HER! Hey there little baby squirrel!
Friend of mine rescued a baby that had fallen outta nest/tree. When that thing got weaned, they had to give it the front bedroom. That baby tore ALL the stuffing outta the mattress, and the room looked like it had snowed in there! LOL!
He got put back in the wild! LOL!

Oh great, now I'm thinking Dr. Dementos and the squirrel girl. I love her love, and the total positive perception she has for that poor squirrel. Sweet Baby Sweet Baby.........

Just a few more days until I head for Florida!!
I also just got word that the control panel for the salt chlorinator for the pool has gone out. I ordered some electrical components and hopefully I can do some surgery and resurrect it so I don't have to replace it. Looks like the panel is about $500.00 bucks so hopefully this $2.00 thermistor fixes it.

:laughing7: The only other pictures from the evening in the cabin are of some of the chow that I cooked up, Backbacons Caramelized Bourbon Onions recipe anyone? The onion dish was prepared as a side for the finest IMOHO roast of beef that the free world had to offer that night. Due to the respect that I hold for Squiggy the pictures of the Roast will not be posted to this Thread.

Sweet BB! lol! I sure will go for the onions!!! :)

Hey guys, just a quick hello before I head out to Duck camp, season opens at o-dark 30, and goes until Sunday, and reopens again in two weeks. Biggest pleasure out of this season is seeing the dogs work, and enjoy the comradery of good friends and very special dogs. I wish that I had the knowledge and camera to send you some pictures, not quite that proficient yet, but a while ago when I left over their to come home, a Chesapeke, and 3 labs were curled up and asleep on camps couch, 3 of the 4 were dreaming. By the time I get backthey should once again be full of life......Later .......gary

Barb,

Since you don't drink.....you could probably sprinkle a bit of balsamic vinegar rather than the bourbon.....it would still give
the onions a bit of extra flavor.

Bill

Folks,

One of our cats lucky has a problem with one of his eyes....took him to a veternarian optomologist and it turns out he has glaucoma in that eye so he prescribed some special drops to reduce the pressure in that eye.

Heck I didn't even know they had animal eye specialists before the referral.....

Him and Crispin would probably hit it off.....over and above his medical credentials he has a doctorate in philosophy from the University in Gainesville, FL and has been doing judo since 6 years of age and competes at tournaments in his spare time.....lol...
