CRISPINS CRITTERS

The sushi gets better!

Just got back from a supermarket that I've never shopped at and got some
different items to experiment with like black sesame seeds. Couldn't find any masago...

A little more studying to do.

The Cartesian thought of dualism, espoused by Descartes,
provides it's own answer towards refutation.

Or something like that.
Looking into Hume right now....

I've just about got it worked out.....

Perhaps a bit more study music...

Best,

Scott

Scott,

I'm looking forward to having you write a guide to the mind, and want the first signed copy........keep on keeping on.

Food for thought: 20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope, and Steve Jobs, now we have no cash, no hope, and no jobs, God please don't take Kevin Bacon..........gary

Scott, I know with your current indulgence in academia that you may not want to look at another book other than that your studies may require.... Your a good man Scott and I took the liberty of purchasing you a gift from all of us here. Send me your address via PM and this will be delivered to you in a expedient (as fast as the Canuck mail service will allow) fashion. :occasion14:

You may find something or somethings extra hidden amongst the pages... I hope that you enjoy the book and hope you don't mind that I have proof read it first. :laughing7:

Not a bad idea, Gary.
I'll have to write it based on someone else's mind, however.
I lost mine sometime back in the 70's. :tongue3:

I'm the old guy, sitting on a bench, watching everybody, making observations and trying to figure out their persona.....
Cheaper than goin' to the picture show, and, some of the things you see just can't be imagined or made up.

I also like observing people when they think they are not being watched.
Wow! What a difference in people under those conditions!

OK.
I've time for ONE story tonight, with relevance to observing....

Back about the early 80's, :icon_scratch:
I was employed by a security company
and I pulled overnight "Kroger" supermarket security.

I would go to the back and watch from the butcher's area, in the dark, behind the glass at the meat counter.
My thinking was that folks would try to stuff steaks down their pants.
Yes, I occasionally caught meat thieves, but,
EVERY night, I'd line myself behind the glass to see down aisle 9.
The "HOT" line.
Health and Beauty.
I'd catch 3-4 every week trying to steal cosmetics.

They always wanted to know where I was to have seen them...
I never had to disclose my observation post.

Best,

Scott

Does that mean I've got to "hurry up and get 'em?" :laughing7:

Wow!
If I can get a few from everybody, perhaps the book will be about COLLECTIVE thought.
A very viable subject....

However, having that many brains lying about might draw unwelcome visitors.....
