CRISPINS CRITTERS

Good afternoon Bill....hope you are having a good weekend. Just got home from the Dragonheart festival in Burlington....still going on and my wife is still racing, but the crowds got the better of me, hard to believe that I'm not a social person.....But I have to admit that I'm proud of her participation in this great cause to raise money for breast cancer awareness, and hope that the canoe [addle I made for the silent auction goes for big bucks.....Heading out to check on some tenents moving into a customers camp....be back later.....Gary

Gary,

Always good to donate either time or money to a worthy cause.....it's good for the karma.

Regards + HH

Bill

Folks,

Not to step on our fine chefs toes.....but here's what we had for supper...

Roast pork with garlic and rosemary with a grape balsamic vinegar reduction.

Oven roasted carrots and radishes and some steamed yellow beans from the garden and for starch some couscous.

It was pretty yummy.

well plated Uncle Bill, are you not supposed to drizzle some sauce around the edge of the plate?

where the heck is everyone? time to get the party started!!

jeff,

That's a bit of a trick that the high end restaurants use....doesn't necessarily improve the taste just the fancy presentation and charge you a fat premium for the effort.

I'm sure Gary and Backbacon will agree most of these high end meals can be done quite easily at home with a bit of effort for a fraction of the price.
