CRISPINS CRITTERS

I drilled the safe and it is now open.
It was empty.
At least I got a nice safe for $25.

A guy in a taxi wanted to speak to the driver, so he leaned forward and tapped him on the shoulder.

The driver screamed, jumped up in the air, and yanked the wheel over.

The car mounted the curb, demolished a lamppost, and came to a stop inches from a shop window.

The startled passenger said, "I didn't mean to frighten you -- I just wanted to ask you something."

The taxi driver said, "It's not your fault, sir. It's my first day as a cab driver. I've been driving a hearse for the past 25 years!"

Just talked to Kristen, Assistant Producer from Judge Judy, and she said that she sent a letter to the weasel, ummmm, I mean the defendant,
which he received today, and had also left him a voice mail.

If he doesn't respond within the next week, I guess that I'll continue my claim in the local venue, scheduled for the 28th of this month.

Really, though...
What has he to lose?
Even if he loses the case on Judge Judy, he pays NOTHING!
The show pays!
And, he is off the hook for the other $4000 that he owes!

Oh, well....
As I told Kristen, I have all of my documentation in hand and will be ready to win no matter the venue.

Let's see where this goes, eh?

Stopped at my local gun store after work this afternoon and picked up a box of .9mm rounds.

Maybe this weekend I'll go shooting.....
I have yet to sight in my newest Semi.....

Small, compact but yet effective.....

I like it very much.
Perhaps it will become my favorite "carry."

Just spent all evening working my magic on a "Gater tail Jambalaya."
Yeah.
I paid attention to the cuisine when I went to New Orleans last fall....

Got gater tail, shrimp, sausage and all the fixins' including red beans and rice.
I had to go to 2 different stores to get some gumbo file, but, now, my children, it was worth it!

Now then, all that is needed is proper music!

This ought to do.

Y'all be well now, hear?

Scott

PS. I got seconds for ya. Come git it!

Best thing on the interwebs EVER!

I didn't buy the first File I saw...

True file is made from fresh ground sassafras leaves.
I know the real thing....
As well as I know about wasabi......

Often, while camping, I have found sassafras growing wild along creek banks and harvested the roots for a mild "root beer" drink,
and picked the leaves for seasoning....

I know of herbs, plants and general Botany including mycology.....
Which is a whole 'nother species in the plant kingdom....

Hahaha when I was homeless, living out of my Chevy Blazer at 16, I too used Sassafras to make a Root Beer tea!!!!!!!!

I called my wife at work and asked, "Do you ever get a shooting pain across your body, like someone's got a voodoo doll of you and they're stabbing it?"

Sounding concerned, she said, "No."

I responded, "How about now?"

Mycology? (My college-y).
You got me there , I never attended class in a college.:laughing7: (Did visit though!)

I have a couple mushrooms that are familiar.
Most are mysteries. As they have been to many humans a longtime.
It's good to have mysteries. And good in your case, good to know more about them.(!)
