CRISPINS CRITTERS

Johnny,
Here you go....

A new teacher was trying to make use of her psychology courses. She started her class by saying, "Everyone who thinks they're stupid, stand up!" After a few seconds, Little Johnny stood up. The teacher said, "Do you think you're stupid, Little Johnny?" "No, ma'am, but I hate to see you standing there all by yourself!"

Keep the jokes coming, we all need something to distract us.

Definition of Politician: You can look it up.
a :a person engaged in party politics as a profession
b often disparaging :a person primarily interested in political office for selfish or other narrow usually short-sighted reasons.

Ties.....what a disagreeable concept. Like a dog collar of false civility. Impractical as a cumber-bun. Though a cumber bun allows a better chance of hiding the cheap uncouth use of a clip on bow tie vs dog collar ,strangulation device that is harder to pass off when a clip on tie is attempted. Bunned to hide a shirt bulge at waist. Egads...

How many of us have not untied a tie ,but merely slipped it off to preserve the warning noose of fate! Is it laziness ,or premonition?
Ties....

I actually enjoy getting "cleaned up" and wearing a suit and tie every now and then...makes me feel important.

Spoke to the court and several were not aware of the Golden Corral offer.
Yes, it was Oscar...And I tie them fresh every time. A "Windsor." No clip-ons for me.

Tomorrow is the meeting at the College.

I sure hope that I'm accepted to return for my Bachelor's.....

Best,

Scott

This morning, while moderating a couple of the FaceBook sites that I moderate,
A fellow posted some 9mm shells for sale.

I snagged 5 boxes of 50 full metal jacket, Federal "American Eagle" 115 grain shells for $40 before work.

He said that he has more....
I told him that I'd be in touch.

Hope to go shooting this weekend!

Best,

Scott

ADDED:
Just messaged him and will pick up 5 more boxes before the meeting at the College in the morning.

Folks,

With Veterans Day in the U.S. and Remembrance Day in Canadian being tomorrow I believe this song is quite appropriate.

Rachel Bostock playing the Last Post on violin.

So ..taking the ladyfriend out to lunch and driving down a fairly lonely icy back road I reached over and threw the switch to 4wd high and...the most disagreeable noises and surging replied. No place to be doin that!
Switching it off changed little. Stopped ,banged neutral , then drive and eased it to station for humidifier water then to lunch and it seemed alright.
Got to our private dirt road and tried 4wd drive again and it did not revolt again. Give er heck a while and some tight turns and it behaved.

Goodnight my friend. I have to get up at 0Early thirty for a soccer tournament. There is a lot going on with my family. It’s getting harder and harder for me. Wife just told me she wants to move out. I said don’t let the front door hit ya where the good lord split ya!!!!!!!

happy veterans day thank you all that have severed so i can sleep at night knowing our country is safe :icon_salut:
