Coinstar Finds

Two clad dimes
4 Zincolns
1990 Singapore 50 Cents

After months of checking I finally managed to find something besides a few errant clad coins. I pulled a 1957 100 franc coin...I'm assuming it is from France. It isn't silver, but, still cool.

Is it this:

Always nice to find an abandoned pile on the ledge

That's so nice immy. Wish I were that lucky

Move to 'Vegas and you will be. Canadians usually go there, blow all there money on gambling and blow and decide they will NEVER ever be able to make it back to Canada so they give up hope and try to exchange their canadian dollar for cold hard USD. This man, likely, was desperate and tried to deposit it in the coinstar machine. If jimmy scoured the streets he'd find even more canadian money.

It's a fact: Canadians like to gamble.

See where it all leads? What I'm trying to say Pristine, is that, Luck did not bring about his finds, rather it was the location of Las Vegas that increased his odds. I did this in a rather funny way but I got my point across.

That Swiss coin in the upper right corner from 1957 is cool. Can you tell if it has silver content?

Sure sounded like it as I gave it the ol' drop test at Arby's afterwards (hey, that discovery called for a little roast beef celebratin' :tongue3: ) but alas the catalog sez copper nickel.

I found a 2008 Barbados quarter in the coin star today.

I love those coinstars. I got about 5 foriegn coins but nothing else. It is free though!:hello2:
