... There is a guy that is the expert on the ciphers, he has a Facebook page for contacting him.
He has decoded all of the pages at this time.
Been a few years that I last communicated with him, but he is the only one out there that has the Key to all the ciphers.

Are you referring to Ken Bauman and the BEALE MYSTERY TEAM poem:

So there's a demand to prove the solve is legit from Laf's posts........
I also claim the prize is waiting to be won, but I am not looking for anyone here to have to verify that.....
