My hope when originally posting here was to throw a bit of positive in amongst all the negative, kind of clear the clouds ...
...then you rained on 81618/Legrand's parade and then got caught in the cleansing downpour., riding off on a pedal power work bike into a manufactured Beale sunset.

Will that include honoring the deals made by 81618/Legrand for financial "gifts" in the name of your Beale Mystery Team at the "appropriate time"?

For your information there were no financial gift "deals" made by anyone related to or regarding thebealemystery.

So far, what came to light should have remained in darkness, but was illuminated for all to see.
As for the "sociopathic back and forth" it is only you telling us to "play the game", which we haven't and most likely, will not.

Your loss friend.

Chapter Three will be available for the viewing pleasure of anyone interested before the sun rises tomorrow on thebealemystery. For the rest of you feel free to do as you usually do, as i am sure you will. The next 25 pages of this thread are open for your fine well educated and well thought out replies. Have a nice day !

... I have been in contact with 10201 regarding the scam solicitations many of you seem to have recieved.
As a result, and as of now, the person starting this thread, 81618, clearly identified on here by many of you as Ken Bauman, is no longer associated with the team at thebealemystery.
Any posts by 81618 after this point will not in any way be associated with the team nor thebealemystery.
His info will be removed from the website ...
He was a TEAM member and solicited "gifts" as such.
Are you now claiming he didn't offer a deal for these gifts when he WAS a TEAM BEALE MYSTERY member?

Still trying to get TN members to play "the game", with "When I receive an email with the correct letters between the B and E, Episode 4 will be published...Episode 4 will identify the fourth code and include pics of on-site artifacts(clues) that eventually led us to the vault".
Will one of the artifacts be the famous "DIXIE247" artifact, or the repaired wooded keg?

Icehouse, if your wonderful TEAM had "solved" the Beale ciphers and "found" the Beale treasure vault why do you continue to post on these TN Beale threads trying to get members to "play the game" instead of getting national media to cover this grand discovery?

The game playing should be over---------dig up the gold.

The have found more empty wooden kegs that need to be repaired before digging below the water table for what they claim is Beale's treasure vault that is NOT in Bedford county.

Are you kidding or serious?.... It's hard to tell with them! If you're serious....I don't even know WHY I'm asking this. :BangHead: What's the reason the Empty Wooden Kegs need to be repaired Before digging below the water table? Flotation Devices? Geez...Fix them afterwards.

... Nothing wrong with anyone finding a treasure but everyone has to know for sure that you have found the Beale Treasure.
You say there are 2 ft. tall wooden kegs and one has been repaired but you failed to mention any treasure.
If you saw the wooden kegs then you say there was treasure then why have you not recovered the treasure? ...
Maybe there were more wooden kegs that needed repair, or. probably , they were too busy playing the "game" that Icehouse keeps pushing.

... The vault is concrete. It could be 6 ft below the surface of the ground.
The bottom surface of the ground.
Parts of it at least, are in wooden kegs, 2 ft tall. 1 of which was repaired.
Icehouse could be referring to a vault...
Does anyone find it strange that Icehouse referred to himself in "third person", or that the vault "could be below the surface on the ground" that claims HAS been found?

Just another rewrite to fit your claim of solving the ciphers and finding the Beale treasure vault.

By changing iron pots to wooden kegs and all the other alterations TBM has made to the story and supposed find....including dismissing Bedford, County....if what they've said is accurate...doesn't that open the door to a very real possibility that it's a Completely Different Find than the BV/BT?

Doing it that way is like saying a ship that sank in the Pacific is actually the Titanic because something with a star on it was found.

Treasure Is Treasure....Does it Really Matter Where It Came From?

If this find is completely accurate by what's been described and posted... it doesn't sound like the Beale Story. Get what ya got and then work on Beale.

... Cipher 2 is real and used. As stated before, c1, c2, and c3, are used at the same time as 1 single code along with clues provided in the supposed c2 decipherment story, along with clues in the rest of the information concerning the Beale codes as originally provided are used in breaking the code.
The broken code itself isn't really open for intetpretatation. It is clear and straightforward in its information, including the false paths.
It is not in Bedford Va. Sorry.
No, you do not know we haven't found treasure. Supposed, hoped, but you do not know...
As with the codes, if I told you the span of years it took to plan, design, build, and use the vault you would call me mad. Not to mention the time involved in marking the site. But this can be verified within the code, and the dating of the artifacts led to by the codes...
Kace, Icehouse has clearly stated that this is the "BEALE" treasure vault, discover by "solving" the ciphers, and Is NOT in Bedford county.
Maybe he could explain why James Beverly Ward would copyright and publish the Beale Papers stating on the pamphlet cover and in the narrative story text that the Beale treasure was in Bedford county and being 4 miles from Buford's if this vault was not in Bedford county.
