My thoughts: mid-century, modern danish/scandinavian?

overall design, especially with the legs makes me think the chair is a Svend Skipper. It is very similar in design to theirs made late 1950's and very early 1960's, although I feel this may be more mid-1960s. Some authentic Svend Skippers go for several thousand dollars. Would probably be worth getting it checked by a knowledgeable auction house.

Danish IMO. Possibly a Hans Jorgensen Wegner design also ?
