Well I kind of feel bad because I was not intending to be mean. However the thread is “Eroded Priest with Numbers and Crosses.”

A person opens the thread expecting to see or talk about a priest, multiple numbers, and multiple crosses. Nope.

Again no ill will intended.

I thought your photos of the rocks embedded into the cactus was interesting. kind of like how our trails were marked with cut license plates or blazed trees. However there was actual photos and discussion in that thread.

It seems to me that if you’re in the wilds of AZ looking for messages carved in stone by Spanish, jesuits, KGC, and etc., you would be looking for a flat smooth rock with carving. Whether Native American, Viking, or Egyptian, stone carvers used flat smooth rocks with minimal cracks or defects. The rock face the OP posted is in no way suitable for carving anything.

I can't see it myself and I myself can experience a case of pareidolia many times.

Now you see these images and you must have some thoughts on what they mean.

Please share those thoughts of what you believe they mean.
Just to get a better understanding of everything.
